Rachael was pulled along by the chain as she followed them both and she gave them curious glances from behind. So, this woman was his lover? 

This was the thought that crossed Rachael's mind as she watched their interaction. Rachael could tell that Mark was more relaxed around Arit, and he must already be really comfortable around her with how close he allowed her to stick to him. A small pang of jealousy rose in Rachael's heart as she saw the way they conversed, and she knew she would never have something like that with her deformity, but she shook her head and had to forget all about it as she was pulled forward once more as they boarded the ship.
