Chapter 102: Rebels

It was chaotic at the city wall. An army had been embattled, albeit a little hastily. It had been years since the city had last fought an enemy, and many of its soldiers had never even stepped foot on a battlefield before. Most of the low-rank soldiers were adept mages, while warrior mages were assigned the role of captains, with the Five Knights of Bernier acting as their generals. The supreme commander of the army was the man standing tall on the city wall, the man who was the most powerful in Bernier City.
