But at the same time, even among its favorites, there are still occasions when Aura chooses certain individuals to literally bless. This is the case with Black Dragons...

Black Dragons, like any other dragon, are born with a natural affinity for a specific type of aura. But unlike affinity with Fire, Wind, Ice, Healing, Earth, or Wood, black dragons are known for being unable to discover their own affinity...

None of the normal tests work or even notice the difference between affinities. The only way to detect the natural affinity of a Black Dragon is in its second aura evolution, at 500 years.
