Chapter 95: Harvesting Corn

The two of them headed to the farm through the kitchen door. The rows and rows of corn made a small field, each stalk was tall and adorned with plump ears of corn ready for harvesting.

He broke off one of the corn and lowered the outer green leaves, the corn was fully exposed, revealing full and round kernels of golden and yellow hues, one look and one could tell that it was going to be very delicious.

Ravi bent down and picked several stones before he began to transform them, first into a pair of gloves which he gave to Asher, and then two baskets and a sharp knife.

"What is it?" Ravi asked Asher who was playing a game of look at the corn field and then look at him.

The child looked hesitant but still asked, "Are we going to sell them?"

Ravi had once thought of it and shook his head, "No, people don't buy things from Harlem."
