I opened my eyes to find myself alone in our Alaskan King bed. Turning to my side and reaching out, I found only an empty warm space where my husband had probably slept.

"You were knocked out cold," his deep voice said coming from our walk-in closet that led to the bathroom. 

Looking down at my clothes, I noticed that I'd been changed and bathed.

"I knew you wouldn't want to sleep in that dress, I also took the liberty of giving you a bath," he shrugged as he walked over to the mirror and fixed his tie. "It's not like it's something I've never seen."
