With that announcement the trees started to shake. The part of the forest she was overseeing rumbled, those who decided to stay put started running forwards.

They knew Azazel very well, she was the one in charge of the spars between them and she was very hard on everyone and very strict, nobody wanted to be on her bad side.

With her being the one dishing out punishments, everyone was now motivated to not come in the top ten last.

"That idiot..." Levi sighed his anger calming down because there was nothing he could do, that and the fact that he could admit that Azazel's suggestion was much better.

With a clear goal they were running towards, it wouldn't take them that much longer to reach the peak of the first gate. This coupled with the good news that they still had time and that the war was not coming to them in a few months, nothing but Azazel's threats was forcing them forward.
