Chapter 20: Chapter Twenty: Freedom

Rebekah's POV

He grabbed me and pulled me onto his chest. I gasped, surprised by how strong his hands were and how firm they held onto mine.

"If you can't respect me as your mate, I can take that. But you have to respect my title as Alpha King." He slammed me into the nearest tree causing me to gasp. That hurt more than I would like to admit.

However…

"Reagan." He grabbed me by the shoulders and leaned forward causing me to gasp. I was about to say something but silence became my response as I felt something warm on my lips. Those were a pair of lips. I looked at Reagan with widened eyes, feelings I'd never encountered before exploding all around me. I was scared and I didn't know what to do. Do I push him away or… This was a lycan we were talking about here?

If I told him I was uncomfortable with this, would he attack me instead?

In a moment, Reagan pulled away and I felt like a rabbit caught doing something unfair.
