It was hard.

Katherine won't lie that even after going through so many hard missions in her life that almost killed her and held her meeting with the death goddess, the thing she was suffering from now was far harder than everything.

Because she had no control over her body.

The moment Maximus's lips landed on her lips and he pushed her onto the bed, hovering over her, dominating her with his stance as he devoured her like there was no tomorrow, she couldn't help but find herself melting in his embrace, in his touch.

This was wrong on so many levels.
