Captain Murray, an illustrious officer who had strived to reconstruct Rajni City and restore its past glory. Once a part of the Elven Faction Military, his prestige and status in the City Guards was not much lower than Commander Povnar. 

In fact, had his combat power been higher than Tier 3, he would've been officially nominated as the Vice Commander of the City Guards! 

Such a person was truly qualified to be an Acting Commander of the Punitive Army in Commander Povnar's absence and he did not hesitate to mount a counter attack as soon as he took charge.

"Soldiers, form up!" Captain Murray ordered his voice clear and resonant, leaving no room for doubt. 

The City Guards and the Harbingers quickly fell into formation, expressing their confidence in the Acting Commander. The rest of the players also fell in line, not daring to defy his command after tasting the punishment for disobedience.
