Chapter 2 - Mondstadt
"Rimuru.. Rimuru Tempest" I said.
Standing in front of me was a man clad in a distinctive outfit, staring at me with a skeptical gaze.
"Rimuru, is it?" He questioned, crossing his arms and maintaining a measured distance. "Might I ask what brings you here?" His wariness was justified; they had just been attacked after all.
Raising both hands, I tried to ease the tension and said, "I mean no harm, I'm just a traveler, perhaps there's a way to prove my intentions?"
'To think my first human settlement visit in this world would be so bad' He inwardly sighed. Curse my luck.
The cavalry captain's arms were crossed, he replied and said in an authoritative tone, "Actions speak louder than words. You are free to roam around the city, but we'll keep a close eye on you until you've proven that you do not pose a threat."
'Well, it's better than breaking out of prison, I guess.' I thought and said,
"Very well"
"Then welcome to Mondstadt, The city of freedom."
He replied and continued, "I'm afraid I'll have to put an end to our conversation. As I have to report to the Acting Grandmaster," And he went inside the city.
'Acting Grandmaster must be the one running this place..'
Now free as a bird, I made my way into the city. Walking through the gates, I was greeted by a flight of stairs, taverns, stalls upon entering.
The City of Mondstadt had a lively atmosphere, very much like the Jura federation but with a more primeval theme, the cobbled streets were littered with small shops, but the familiar chatter of citizens were absent.

Turning my head to the side was a forge, the blacksmith, a middle-aged man was bringing down his hammer on a red hot metal paying no heed to the messy state of the city. Dude gives no fuck.
'Come to think of it, my sword is also gone.. well it's not like I use it that much anyway, although I looked cool using it… maybe i should commission a sword?'
Fuck it.
I walked to the smithy and in front of the middle-aged man and said, "Yo!"
The man stopped hammering and raised his head, "Hm? Haven't seen you around. You must be new here. My name is Wagner. Can I help you?"
I smiled, straight to the point and said, "Yes, I'd like a sword made"
Putting down his hammer the man fixed his gaze on me and said, "You must be an Adventurer, do you have materials with you? Let me have a look"
'Adventurer! A Guild!'
"Ah yes, I have some Crystal Chunks, how much do you need"
"Hoh?.. Then 50 will be enough." He said.
"As for the payment, will ores be okay?.. I don't really have any money right now" A problem I will soon fix. 'SSS-Class Adventurer in another world here we go- Ahem ahem'
"That's fine. I'm a blacksmith, and ores are more valuable to us," he said.
'Nice!'

A total of three ores was analyzed, I picked the strongest one.

I sensed a considerable amount of magicules being used up in my body concentrating in my Ibukuro (Stomach) which was one of the sub-skills of the skill {Gluttony}, creating the ores inside my stomach space.

Barely a second had passed in reality as I had used {Thought Acceleration}.
"Where should I put them?" Surely some kind of infinite storage bag exists here right? I can't just pull out 50 ores out of thin air after all.
He pointed at the back and said, "There's a basket at the back, come back when you've unloaded them"
I did as he said and went to the back and unloaded the 50 ores and an extra 50 ores for the payment, I didn't know how much to give him so I put double and went back, seeing me, Wagner said, "Did you forget anything?"
"No, I did it." I said. Do they not have those after all?
"What?.. Already?" He was surprised, and asked, "How?"
'Random Bullshit Go!' Trump card activated!
Thinking of an excuse, I grabbed a small bag from my 'pocket' I created and said, "This bag allows me to magically store items without worrying about the capacity, I picked it up from one of my travels far from here"
"I see, what a magnificent treasure!" He seemed to believe my words, and said, "Now about that sword.. Do you have any preference?"
"Ah yes.." I said and I reached out to my 'bag' pulling out a piece of paper and showed it to him, It was a detailed blueprint of a normal katana.
His eyes widened in surprise, "An Inazuma styled sword?.. And this, isn't this a blueprint?.. How did you get this?"
"Travels. Can you do it?" I asked. 'Inazuma?That place has katanas too?
He looked at me and said, "Well normally I can't, I don't know how you got it but with this detailed blueprint you gave me.. I haven't taken on an interesting project in a while, I'll get started immediately!" He said excitedly and started to make his way into the back to take the ores. "I'll be done in a couple of weeks!"
'He's like the dwarves-'
"Ah wait, Is there a place to sleep around here? Like an Inn" I asked. "The Adventurer's guild as well"
"Right, the Guild is just up the stairs. As for the inns, I heard the Goth Grand Hotel was completely reserved by those Fatui delegates," he said and continued, "There are some other housings in the city left from here, find an old man named Goth."
'Fatui? This world is still too unknown to me. I should find a library.'
I nodded and expressed my thanks, heading in the direction he pointed.
