"I heard you're living in an apartment, not a house. I've never lived in an apartment before, and I don't want to be cramped in a small space." 

Yvonne scoffed, shaking her head in disbelief. "Ah, I see what you mean. You're a rich person, so it will be wrong to leave your big house to a place that's small," she stood up. "I understand," she nodded.
