Chapter 87: Secret Realm (2)

"Damn it. This wasn't the surprise I had in mind when I thought that I would be surprised by what I would find in the realm", Chris lamented as he ran.

Not far behind him was the creature that had become his companion since the previous night.

Chris logged in and out as usual. When he had to log out, he would find a good hiding place to leave this realm and return to Earth. Even if there was time, if he found a nice hiding place, he would log out before time.

This was so that he wouldn't be entangled in battles and not be able to log out. This was the feature of the game. To log out, the player shouldn't be in combat. Once the combat is initiated, it has to be completed with one of them winning or both of them giving up the battle.

Only then can the player leave the game. So Chris made sure not to be entangled in large battles when the time to log out nears.
