Chapter 165: Melody, we may meet again

"Magnus, please stop. Please..." Alora pleaded again. "I'll be in trouble. I-I should f-focus on the work," she managed to utter words while trying to keep her mind away from the sweet torture he was giving her. 

Alora moved away from him as she placed her hands on his chest. "We are in the council," she reminded him. 

"Then, I shall make sure no one comes inside," Magnus stated and with his vampiric speed, he went to the door to close it from inside. Alora's eyes widened since she knew what could happen next. 

"Magnus, are you crazy?" Alora gaped at him when he held her hand and kissed her knuckles. 

"Yes, I'm crazy for you," Magnus huskily answered and kissed her every finger. 

Alora's heart thundered against her chest and the next second, she found herself seated on the desk.
