This is a nightmare. Having to follow Vanessa around, introduce her to the Brotherhood as Kisa, and watch the intrigue, lust, and jealousy of everyone who realizes who she is in relation to Ivan? Torture. 

'Kisa' is handling Club Redwood so much better than I anticipated, though. She doesn't seem to mind the noise, the leering eyes, the other women sizing her up with daggers of jealousy that morph into fake kindness the moment she looks at them. And she's really outgoing and friendly—more so than I anticipated. I expected her to be shy or overwhelmed in the face of all this, but she's not. Not at all.
