Chapter 290: The "Weakest" System

Quinlan trailed behind the two Palace Guards and went past the large gate. As soon as he did, the scenery spreading before him caused him to groan in awe.

Beyond the gate was a bustling city, teeming with life and laughter. Cultivators, non-cultivators, and Spirit Beasts were present everywhere, living as if it were natural for them to gather in one place together, living in peace and harmony.

Of course, they weren't a simple mishmash of humans and monsters; they had a common point between them all, at least. Every single one of them has a glowing system panel floating beside them, as if to prove their identity to everyone else!

"Privacy be fooked." Quinlan mumbled half-jokingly.

The guards didn't walk far from the gate before turning to the left. A tall, sturdy-looking building made out of wood entered his vision. Seeing the two heading straight to it, he figured out that it was the guard house or something similar.
