The winter season was slowly coming to its end after the festivities of Lunar New Year wrapped up and everyone returned to their normal lives. The world was still covered in the thick layer of snow and there was still no hint of greenery. But the beautiful season of spring was just on the brink.

"My Lord." Huang Jun greeted the man hidden behind the hood of the long cloak he was wearing.

"You failed again." The hooded man stated as he kept his back facing the Scorpion. His voice was deviod of any feelings, making it hard to understand whether he was angry or not.

Huang Jun immediately kneeled down on the snow covered ground and clasped his hands together in front of him as he bowed deeply. "It was Young Lady Chen, My Lord. She interfered with our plan once again-" He trailed off when the cloaked man suddenly turned to face him and his powerful dark aura hit Huang Jun across the face like a hard slap.
