Chapter 97: Escaping From the Horde

Haru, Mira, and Nishimiya made their way toward the terrace, their only escape from the incoming horde.

With their time over and their enemies aware of their location, multiple zombies began to climb through the windows, interrupting their path.

While their strength was sufficient to fend off the zombies, the longer they took to leave the hospital, the higher their chances of being surrounded by the horde. So, they had to hurry.

Mira led the charge, her daggers flashing with electric charges as she slashed through the zombies. Nishimiya fought alongside her, his sword piercing the enemies that tried to surround her.

On the other hand, Haru guarded the rear, alert for any hidden or particularly dangerous threats for them.

Despite the ongoing chaos and never-ending growls, they steadily moved closer to their destination. However, as they reached the last floor, their progress came to an abrupt halt.
