Ryzel's steps echoed softly against the metal floors of the spaceship as they navigated through its corridors. Layton Lewis's explanations about the ninth army base flowed steadily, punctuated by the occasional sound of passing soldiers. Eventually, they reached the entrance of the ship, where Mervin was engaged in instructing some soldiers near the gate. Mervin's energetic greeting greeted them as they approached.

He should be leaving instructions to the soldiers that would remain in the spaceship as most of them would disembark.

"Lewis, Ryzel, let's not waste any time. I've already instructed the vice generals to assemble everyone at the platform below," Mervin exclaimed, while looking at them.
