Element Awakening
Just as MC opened his eyes, he was greeted with the sight of a classroom where the teacher was explaining the process of awakening their magic power by placing their hands on the orb and sending their inner strength to it.

As he tried to sort these thoughts out, a holographic screen appeared in front of him, notifying him that he had completed an achievement.

"What's this?" I thought to myself, remembering the Chaos System he had won from the spin.
"I might as well check on this achievement."
He pressed the Yes option and was greeted with yet another screen.

"Well, if the Ice Element is awakened, you will have an advantage over the others. But don't forget to put in a lot of effort if you want to reach greater heights," the teacher advised, warning him not to become arrogant despite awakening a powerful element.

[There are 7 basic elements that one could awaken at the start of the magic path Earth, Wind, Light, Water, Ice, Fire, and Lightning. Of all these elements the lightning element is considered the best element while ice and fire are second the rest aren't given much importance as they don't have much destructive power or much use in the early stages. There are also other elements that one could awaken but those elements are either too scarce or have little to no ability and so are not counted in the basic elements
There may also be a chance for you to not awaken a single element]

So this Black Orb is the System.
Just as I was about to see the status screen to check my powers, the teacher awoke me from my trance.
"Good, Zhou Fan. With such pure fire element, you will definitely reach great heights," the teacher said, directing me back to my seat.
