Chen, with a thoughtful look, turned to Mikoto.
"Mikoto, such a powerful technique... how much chakra does it consume?" he asked, his voice tinged with curiosity.
Mikoto, still assimilating her new powers, responded softly: "With my current chakra, I can use it up to twice a day. It's... quite demanding."
Kushina, sitting on the nearby grass, let out a whistle of amazement. "Imagine if you could use it indefinitely. You'd be unstoppable, wouldn't you?"
Tsunade, who had been observing in silence, shook her head in perplexity. "The Sharingan... is truly amazing. I can't imagine how my grandfather managed to defeat Madara."
Chen, knowing the true magnitude of Hashirama's power, thought to himself: "If Tsunade had seen the true extent of her grandfather's senjutsu, she'd be more impressed by Madara for having resisted so long."
Suddenly, as if an urgent thought had crossed his mind, Chen turned to Tsunade. "Tsunade," he said, his voice taking on a more serious tone, "do you know when the Kyubi will be transferred?"
The question took Tsunade by surprise. Her eyes widened, and she looked at Chen in shock. "How... how do you know about that?" she asked, her voice barely a whisper. "Not many people in Konoha are aware of this matter."
Chen, with an enigmatic smile, replied: "There are few things in this world that I don't know, Tsunade."
The atmosphere instantly tensed. Mikoto and Kushina stopped talking, their eyes moving between Chen and Tsunade, sensing that something important was about to happen.
Tsunade, regaining her composure, stared fixedly at Chen. "Explain yourself," she demanded, her voice firm but with a touch of concern. "Why are you interested in the Kyubi's transfer?"
Chen, aware of the gravity of what he was about to reveal, decided to be direct. "I need to obtain the Kyubi's chakra," he said simply.
Tsunade's reaction was instantaneous and vehement. "Absolutely not!" she exclaimed, her voice resonating in the night. "Do you have any idea what you're suggesting? The Kyubi is not a toy, Chen. My grandmother is its Jinchūriki. What you're proposing is... it's madness."
Chen, unfazed by Tsunade's reaction, bowed respectfully. "I'm sorry, Tsunade," he said, his voice soft but firm. "But I have to get that chakra. It's crucial."
Tsunade, sensing the unwavering determination in Chen's voice, tried to reason with him. "Chen, listen to me," she said, her voice mixed with concern and a touch of pleading. "If your plan is discovered, not even I will be able to protect you. The Kyubi is not a sheep to be sacrificed. It's a disaster waiting to happen."
But Chen had a plan. "What if the seal fails during the transfer? Could I try then?"
Tsunade observed Chen in silence for a long moment, assessing the situation. Finally, with a sigh of resignation, she nodded. "Fine, but you have to prove that you have the necessary strength. I won't watch you die for this."
Chen smiled, his confidence radiating from him. "Tsunade, even Mikoto could handle the Kyubi now. I never do impossible things."
"Chen," she said, her voice barely a whisper, "don't cause trouble. If anything happens to my grandmother because of you..." she left the sentence unfinished, the implicit threat hanging in the air.
With a serenity that contrasted with the tension of the moment, Chen replied: "Unless the Kyubi is released, I won't do anything. I promise."
Although Chen knew there would be no opportunity this time, he was sure that the future would bring more possibilities. There was no rush to obtain the Kyubi's chakra right now.
Tsunade, still uneasy, continued: "You must move quickly, Chen. Konoha's strength is formidable. If they catch you... I don't know how I could save you."
Chen, with a confident smile, replied: "Tsunade, almost no being can surpass me. You don't have to worry."
Once calmed, curiosity shone in Tsunade's eyes. "Why, Chen? Why are you so interested in the Kyubi's chakra? Do you want to become a Jinchūriki?"
Chen replied with a mysterious tone: "It's a secret, for now. But I'll tell you this: it's not just the Kyubi's chakra I'm after. I want the chakra of all the tailed beasts."
Tsunade's eyes widened. "Have you gone mad?" she exclaimed.
"Do you have any idea what you're saying? The tailed beasts are the most powerful military force of the villages, they're ultimate weapons! What you're proposing is... it's going against the entire shinobi world."
Chen remained imperturbable in the face of Tsunade's reaction. His determination was palpable, and Tsunade, seeing the firmness in his eyes, could only sigh with resignation.
"Fine," Tsunade finally said, her voice tired. "We're dismissed for today. In these days, practice your own routine. With the war that has begun at the local level, there are no missions for now."
Although the war had not officially begun, everyone could feel they were on the edge of a precipice, waiting for the torrential rain to fall at any moment.
Originally, Tsunade's task would have been to train her students, but the three young people in front of her were not at all weaker than herself.
