-----

The scream attracted the other dementors floating around the train.

After a while, the carriage was surrounded by dozens of dementors.

The temperature of the carriage started dropping to sub-zero, and the glass windows began to be covered with frost.

No one spoke, only the soft cry of some frightened junior wizards.

Sirius's face was pale; he had the most profound understanding of Dementors and felt that everyone present today had lost hope.

The only thing he could do was to block Harry more tightly behind him.

Hermione bit her lower lip tightly and knew the situation was critical.

She could see at a glance that Professor Ethan used the Yrden, and she understood that this was why he could deal with Dementors with his bare hands.

At first, Hermione was delighted that Professor Ethan could defeat the Dementors with bare hands. Still, when she saw so many Dementors besieging the carriage, she was also horrified.

Ron and Neville huddled together, shivering from the cold or the fright.

Hermione tried hard to stand up; she wanted to help Professor Ethan.

But she was too scared, and anyone who saw the dementors outside would be timid.

Hermione kept cheering herself up in her heart, and finally, she gritted her teeth hard, stood up suddenly, opened the carriage door, and walked out. She wanted to help Professor Ethan.

Professor Lupin tried to hold on to Hermione but was too slow.

The moment she opened the compartment door, she saw Penelope, who was also standing in the corridor.

The two little witches looked at each other and nodded; they saw determination in each other's eyes.

"What are you two doing out? Hurry back!"

Ethan immediately extinguished the courage that had just been ignited in Hermione and Penelope's hearts.

He forcibly pushed the two little witches with excess courage and blood boiling back into the box, leaving only himself to deal with the hordes of Dementors.

Ethan looks like a solitary hero when he is alone in the face of hordes of Dementors.

The little wizards hiding in the box looked at Ethan's eyes through the glass, and their eyes were staring.

Young wizards of this age like characters like the Lone Hero the most.

As Ethan pushed Hermione and Penelope back into the carriage, the Dementors seemed to have received an order and rushed towards Ethan.

Ethan flicked his wrist, and the wand bounced into his hand.

Seeing the wand in Ethan's hand, the Dementors roared again.

Even the Dementor, who was lying at Ethan's feet, roared angrily when Ethan stepped on his neck.

The dementors rushed towards Ethan aggressively,

"Expecto Patronum!"

Ethan drew his wand and shouted.

Ethan remembered when he first joined the Witchers, his training at Kaer Morhen, and the night he and Geralt sneaked into the Queen Toussaint Vineyard to steal grapes.

At this moment, a large, bright silver creature with enormous wings and a sharp beak leaped from the tip of his wand, which he recognized as a griffin.

The griffin rushed into the group of dementors arrogantly. Every dementor that came in contact with the griffin melted like butter.

The griffin bravely attacked the dementors, who were forced to retreat, break up, and escape.

After a while, all the dementors were gone.

Only the dementor Ethan stepped on was left, quietly lying on the ground and trying to reduce his sense of existence.

The griffin expelled the dementors, stopped tightly in the corridor, and looked at Ethan with big silver eyes.

Soon, the griffin found the dementor that Ethan had stepped on, and it took a few steps forward and walked in front of Ethan.

Then the griffin leaned down and pecked the dementor's head twice, and the dementor let out a scream before dissipating into a cloud of black mist.

After that, the silver griffin nodded slightly to Ethan and disappeared.

The suffocating cold air finally disappeared, and the warm feeling finally returned.

The train began to vibrate slightly. The Hogwarts Express finally started again, and the lights in the cars came on one by one.

The train became silent for a while, and then a vast cheer filled the whole train.

The Hogwarts students clapped vigorously and rushed towards Ethan with cheers.

Hermione's eyes flashed. Taking advantage of Professor Ethan's closest distance, she jumped into Ethan's arms and hugged him.

Then, the two were surrounded by the little wizards who rushed over.

At this time, everyone felt like they would be able to live, which made everyone's celebration incredibly crazy. Everyone was venting the fear that had just arisen.

Everyone on the train eagerly expressed their respect.

The food cart on the train became the biggest beneficiary; the little wizards instantly bought out all the snacks.

After the crisis, everyone now needs to take a sweet supplement.

Harry felt slightly calmer as he ate Professor Lupin's chocolate.

He had already heard from others about the dementors guarding Azkaban, who had just attacked the train.

But why the Dementors would attack the train directly is still being determined.

Professor Lupin gave everyone a piece of chocolate, and everyone ate it. Ron's face was still pale, and he hadn't recovered from the shadow.

Percy, Fred, and George had just come to their car to see if their little sister and brother were injured.

Seeing that Ginny and Ron were all right, they were just frightened, so he comforted them, left some candy for Ginny and Ron, and went back to their box.

Harry began to think of Mr. White, who had just protected him with his body. He could see that Mr. White was trying his best to protect him.

This made Harry wonder why Mr. White was being so protective of him.

Before he could think about it, two loud whistles came from the train, which meant that the train had arrived at the station, and everyone had arrived at Hogwarts before they knew it.

The surroundings became noisy and chaotic, and the pets brought by the students were screaming.

Professor Lupin left first, and Harry, Ron, and Hermione didn't want to be too crowded, so they waited for the other students to go first.

Outside the train, there was a loud cry for Hagrid to organize the gathering of the first-year wizards.

When the others were almost gone, Harry, Ron, and Hermione got off the train.

At this point, Hagrid was already far away, but he still saw the three of them and waved at them from a distance to say hello.

Hermione responded casually to Hagrid, then worriedly reminded her two friends to look at the sky.

Harry and Ron looked in Hermione's direction, and their hearts sank. Many dementors were floating in the air, looking down as if they were looking for something.

Harry could almost feel the Dementor's icy gaze, making him shudder and subconsciously shrink his neck.
