"Eve is such a charming girl!"
Exiting the auditorium, Lana exclaimed dramatically. Although they are only 12 years old, their age does not affect the crazyness of these girls for "Titanic". She and her friend Lily managed to grab two movie tickets with excellent locations at the Gake Tress Cinema, and this time they finally got what they wanted, I fully felt the wonderful performance of my favorite actress at present.
I have to say, I was so lucky today!
"l still don't quite understand why they say "Titanic" is a bad movie." Lily shrugged, "I mean I can watch it multiple times if you ask me."
Lana nodded: "Yes, Eve is so beautiful and classy. She and Leonardo look prefect together. I wish they can get married with each other. I have even thought about the names of their babies."
"They are not dating." Lily pulled her foolish friend out of her fantasy.
Lana glared back: "But there is no problem in dreaming. I believe they will eventually get together. Don't you see how good they look together. First, Romeo and Juliet, and now Jack and Rose. Anyway, let's go watch "Titanic" again. I want see Jack and Rose confess to each other again."
Lily wanted to say that despite loving each other madly, neither Rome and Juliet, and nor Jack and Rose got together. They were separated everytime. But seeing her friend's foolish and passionate look, She held back her words and followed her to the ticket counter.
The same scene played out in every movie theater across North America, and movie fans especially teenagers - frantically watched "Titanic" this seemingly ordinary love movie repeatedly, and the box office trend began to show Hollywood a wierd trajectory. It's so weird that filmmakers can't even understand.
"Titanic" which had a box office of 21 million $ in the third week, suddenly had a jump in box office collection at the end of fourth week. The box office which should have decreased according to the usual movies pattern, instead experienced a thirty percent increase and made 32 million dollars.
On the other hand, movies who were released in the same period like "007: Tomorrow never dies" and "Scream 2" have exhausted their potential.
Everyone in Hollywood who got this data was shocked by this weird increase, because this is really a bad movie, even ordinary popcorn movies that hit the box office cannot have such box office results!
So, there are actually many people walking into the cinema for this movie?
Just for such an unremarkable love movie?
