Chapter 8: Taking his words seriously
Early the next morning, Madara found himself in his workroom, penning his thoughts onto paper. In a bid for secrecy, and to avoid any raised eyebrows that writing in Kanji might provoke, he opted for English.
Initially it was quite difficult as his hands weren't used to writing it, but after spending it in secret in the past few days, he got the hang of it.
He mused that the 'writing purists' would have a field day criticizing his English handwriting if they reincarnated with him and happened to see this.
"Okay, it's done," he sighed, setting the brush aside after meticulously documenting all the jutsu at his disposal. This list was comprehensive, encompassing not only the clan's current techniques but also jutsu from anime that he felt confident enough to replicate. Given OG Madara's could utilize all five elements, with his own memory and EMS, he was certain he could mimic them with practice.

Second, he stressed about the clans that were participating.
Initially, his summons for all children in the compound had been intended for the Uchiha alone. However, upon reviewing the documents, he discovered that not just the Uchiha but also people of the Fūma and Yūhi Clans, their sister clans, resided within the compound, far more closely allied with the Uchiha than their Senju counterparts, where their clans's children he mistakenly summoned wers intermingling with his clan's children without distinction.
They were even mistakenly assumed to be part of Uchiha by outsiders hence their clans were not invited.
It was the result of their leaders that had fallen in recent conflicts, and no successors had been chosen, leaving them to rely on the Uchiha for stability. This revelation added another layer of complexity to his plans and added another mess in his bucket list he needed to take care of.
For now, he is going to manage this intricately blended community, resolved to treat all children equitably, based on their individual skills and abilities.
The third one concerned the nature of the jutsu to be taught and the timing of their instruction.
He was determined not to emulate Hiruzen's stinginess, who allowed Genin to graduate with merely three E-rank jutsu despite the risks they faced for their mission and their village.
Yet, he also recognized the imprudence of indiscriminately distributing A-rank jutsu, which could devalue their worth. So his goal was to tailor the distribution of jutsu based on each individual's performance, he just needed to find the right balance in his generosity.
Madara was certain however about teaching the Shadow Clone Jutsu to those with sufficient chakra and the Body Flicker technique
While Shadow Clone Jutsu mechanics can only be properly abused by Dattebayo Uzumaki and potentially his maternal clan as well, it was still a useful tool for learning in key areas.
First was for mastering chakra nature where you don't need to use up chakra to master chakra nature.
Second was for practicing movement in case of Taijutsu, Shurikenjutsu, Kenjutsu and even Fūinjutsu to polish movements.
Third, which did not seem to be utilized by others in the anime, was to use clones to observe the user, giving user critical self-observation from multiple perspectives for error correction, helpful for learning jutsu faster than they have yet to perform successfully.
And due to its ranking, he can distribute it as a 'gift' to show goodwill and confidence to the new generation.
As for Body Flicker, it was a practical skill to escape from formidable enemies. Madara believed in the pragmatic approach: survival matters more than honor and pride.
Fuck honour and pride if you can't made it out alive for another day.
Now, all that remained was to execute these techniques using his memories and imitating the seals. 'How hard could it be anyway?'
