As their conversation continues over lunch, Christian notices Marilena's fatigue persisting despite the lively atmosphere of the restaurant. He can't help but feel a pang of concern as he watches her struggle to stifle another yawn, her eyelids drooping slightly with exhaustion.

Taking a sip of the wine they ordered, Christian notices Marilena's glass sitting mostly untouched. With a furrowed brow, he gently nudges the bottle towards her. "You barely touched your wine," he remarks, his tone filled with gentle concern. "Is everything okay?"

Marilena offers him a sheepish smile, her fatigue evident in the lines of her face. "I'm just feeling really tired," she admits, her voice tinged with frustration. "I think last night's outing caught up with me."
