Chapter 1: Chapter 1: An Extraordinary Destiny
On January 21, 1985, Frédéric Garloff, a 38-year-old black French man, was born. Yes, there is no error in this sentence, Frédéric is reincarnated, coming from our world, he crossed the multiversal barrier to end up in a version of the MCU. This date was also special because it also marked his new mother's birthday. Frédéric was totally fulfilled by this new life, his parents had an artistic passion which united them and had made Frédéric very aware of the beautiful things in life.
Paul and Éléonore Garloff, renowned painters, had developed a deep bond within a major art school in Paris. Their paintings, merging two creative minds into a symbiosis of ideas and colors, had become famous in the art world. Millionaires were snapping up their paintings to the point where very quickly, the Garloffs also became millionaires
Sitting in front of his computer not connected to the Internet, Frédéric opened his digital journal. It was his refuge, a place where he could express his deepest thoughts and tell his extraordinary story.
Frederick: (writing in his journal) It's hard to believe it's already been 15 years since I became a part of the Marvel world. It all started with this strange watch I received a few days ago, which looks like the one from Ben 10, my favorite cartoon when I was a child. But this watch is much more than what it seems.
As I explored its features, I discovered that it contained the powers of DC Comics' Justice League. With a single click, I could become any member of the team, borrowing their incredible abilities. It was both exciting and confusing.
But I never spoke about this watch to my adoptive parents, Paul and Éléonore. They were busy creating their own masterpieces, painting together and sharing their love for art. I also didn't want to risk losing the affection of the only parent I ever had, since I was an orphan in my former life, I appreciated their love too much to risk losing it, so I kept this secret for me.
My parents were my heroes, long before I discovered this extraordinary watch. Their artistic talents inspired me and pushed me to explore my own creative gifts. I felt blessed to be surrounded by so much beauty and love.
However, despite the love I had for art, a part of me was still drawn to the world of superheroes and comics. And now, with this watch, I have the opportunity to merge these two worlds, to become a hero myself.
As I prepare to board a plane for Switzerland, I feel the excitement building within me. I will finally be able to explore this amazing world that opens up to me, fight evil and protect the innocent. But I know that this mission will be filled with challenges and sacrifices.
I close the journal, my heart full of anticipation. I prepare to begin a new stage of my wonderful journey, ready to face dangers and embrace his extraordinary destiny as a hero with the powers of the Justice League.
Well actually I'm just leaving the house, heading to the airport, to recruit Maya Hansen, if my calculations are correct, she should soon spend the night with Tony Stark and then sign a contract with the devil. (Aldrich Killian)
