Chapter 127: Cue the Victory Music

I struggled to get back up from the ground. For someone who only had a limited amount of skills, he sure did pack a punch! I shook my head and stood up. I examined Drew more closely. I could sense a thin field of mana surrounding him. It must have been the reason why he was able to accurately defend and attack.

But what skills did he use? Since he was a cultivator of a higher level than me, he had some magic resistance… What a pain. I lifted my hand and a few bulbs of light came out of it.

"Go and gather mana for me. I only have about 3 minutes and 45 seconds before this realm breaks," I ordered them.

The small lights flew away. I walked back out towards Drew, and he was still there, waiting for me. I made a string with mana and used it to weave my knives together. My dear trusty weapon I used since day one.
