Ace asked with a look of astonishment. Queen merely smiled before gesturing in the other direction.

“Not mine. His.”

“Huh?”

Her answer made him hurriedly turn his head, then he saw that behind them was the dragon that had disappeared since the start of this battle.

The green fairy dragon had just arrived to join forces with her friends, along with the tall British man who was standing with his arms crossed. Not a single emotion could be read from his face.

“Jack?” Ace made a face.

“If there’s someone who can fly across the continent to take him here in such a short time, then it’s only Vindtiana,” Queen said smilingly while exchanging a look with Jack who had arrived not too long ago. “Still, you’re nearly five minutes late. Did your speed drop, hm?”

“...Not my fault. It’s that guy who kept dawdling and made us arrive later than scheduled.”

Jack replied expressionlessly while nodding toward said “that guy”.
