Chapter 310: How The Plan Came to Be Part I

“Please come with us, Mr. Joker. Someone would like to have a private meeting with you.”

The intimidating tone from the two men in black suits worried Joke quite a bit. Obviously, their way of inviting him was not different from what mafias would do. The bespectacled man looked around. As he saw that the surroundings were deserted, he became more certain that this must have been planned in advance.

“Wait. Why would I go with you? I don’t even know who you are.”

Joke tried to retreat; however, the black suits came closer. They reached out, trying to drag him to the car.

“There is no need to worry, sir. We don’t want to hurt you. We only need you to come with us.”

The offer didn’t sound too inviting at all, especially when their expressions were quite scary. It was as if they came from the underworld.
