Chapter 128: The bickering siblings

 Venessa ignored her dizziness not worrying much about it. 

 "If you say so then." Alyssa relented to Venessa that maybe it was nothing serious.

 Alyssa then escorted Venessa back to the main house. On the way, Venessa could not help but admire how large the Astor property was. She wondered if it was an old estate but the main building architecture was modern. She thought it was only old estates that had such large property but it seemed it all depended on the owners taste and wealth.

 Once they got back to the main building Alyssa walked Venessa to a familiar door which she recognized as Sinclair's study.

 Alyssa knocked at the door but there was no answer. Her brows furrowed wondering why Sinclair was not answering.

 Why coming up, she did not bother asking the butler where Sinclair might be because she assumed Sinclair was in his study based on his normal schedule.
