Chapter 75: Past trauma

 "How long do you think she would be unconscious?" Jayden asked the doctor. They were making their way through the busy hallway to Venessa's room.

 "Miss Clarkson's condition is a little bit delicate but nothing to be scared of. If everything goes according to plan she would probably wake up in less than twenty-four hours from now."

 "What do you mean by probably?" Jayden's voice sounded confused by the doctor's reply. He was stunned by the doctor.

 "I mean that's what is expected normally because you were able to give her some first aid to counter the drug effects on her body but it wasn't timely enough because she was hyperventilating and very stressed by the incident and the trauma.."
