Chapter 43: A Glimpse into the Past (pt.1)

Somehow, after I 'woke up' from my nap, I found myself in a bizarre position. Where the memories of the past were playing like I'm experiencing them for the first time. 

It was too sudden, but I think I can only take it like that. 

"Hey, look who's here, it's the bipolar bish."

Pointing at me, some random girl said that. Her long, yellow hair was pulled in a loose ponytail. 

We were wearing a similar school uniform, a short skirt with a white shirt. We could of course wear anything else we wanted, but most people of this place opted for this style. 

It was convenient to wear in many places, and this city didn't have enough money… Many people were unable to afford various outfits, just two or three for the whole month. 

Everyone here was poor. Though, many of us weren't born poor. The circumstances had thrown us in this poverty, and we needed to live off ourselves and what our families or guardians left for us.
