Chapter 160: Nuisance

For Lady Kaoma the pain was anything but numbing.

She was suddenly too angry to completely ignore the effect of the pain spreading from her wrist upwards.

To her surprise another group of men seemingly appeared out of nowhere.

Adding reinforcements to the original bunch and sticking to their goal to stall Sayid's group while they abducted Lady Kaoma.

The order given to the bandits was to take her alive. 

Kaoma had no value if she died.

To fail, meant that the bandits would not get paid for this mission.

So the reinforcements aggressively joined in on the fighting.

In order to help overwhelm Sayid's shifters. 

With the interference of the other bandits, her captor used them as a shield to move through the fighting crowd swiftly.

Not once did the bandit loosen his grip.

Her captor held on tightly as he continued to drag Kaoma with him.
