Chapter 22: Arrested
"I am afraid, not Albus we are here for official Auror business." She turned to Eren. "Mr. Yeager. You are at this moment under arrest for the murder of Lord Aberforth Dumbledore."
"Huh?" That was the reaction from all of the student body. Just a few moments ago the Prophet had reported of how the valiant wizard had fought against the Dark wizard Quirrel.
"Dumbledore?" Ron turned to Hermione.
"Lord Dumbledore. It must be Dumbledore's elder brother or something. But murder?"
"I KNEW IT! HE IS A FOCKING IMPOSTER! HE KILLED PINCE! HE KILLED MY IRMA!" Argus dashed towards Eren from the side with whatever he could muster in his hands. He pushed Flitwick around and went for the kill with the fork in his hands.
"Stupefy" One of the Aurors beamed. Filch was hit and he fell on the high table.
"He killed Dumbledore" "Murderer" "Headmaster's father?" "He is old, brother is more appropriate" "But he can't be the killer"
"SILENT" Albus Dumbledore raged, trying to be as calm as he could be.
Eren kicked the table, which fell from its high round along with Argus. All Aurors held their wand up and aimed at him.
"Will you resist arrest, Mr. Yeager?"
"Will I be allowed to take my breakfast?"
"You will be provided in your cell at the Ministry. Bind him, Rufus."
"Is this necessary?" He asked.
"I am afraid you have become famous due to events that transpired yesterday. You are also a suspect in the murders of Madam Irma Pince and Professor Quirinus Quirell." Eren raised his hands above in surrender.
An incantationless spell from Senious Auror Rufus hit him and bound his hands.
"Is this true my boy?" Albus looked at him with a kind expression, but his mind shields were wailing and shifting due to the shock.
"Innocent until proven guilty Albus. Innocent until proven guilty."
"Take him." Aurors held him left and right as Eren was taken from the great hall. Albus looked distraught trying to hide it from the eyes of all.
"The trial for the case was today, Chief Warlock. But it will be pushed to tomorrow at 9 PM due to your insistence on the matter yesterday." Amelia pointed. Albus looked at her and then back at the leaving Aurors. Remembering it was himself who had postponed the Emergency session at Wizengamot earlier.
"Albus" Minerva supported the old man. Not once Dumbledore had thought his younger brother's death would hit him hard.
By all right, Albus Dumbledore should have been Lord Dumbledore, but he had passed it to his brother.
He did not know why he did what he did, somehow in the hope of making amends, maybe, just maybe he and Aberforth could have something—some kind of bond.
But he was gone.
"All students will go back to- to their dorms. Minerva would be Headmistress in my leave." He said and left the Great Hall for his office. He needed to reach the Ministry. He needed to see Aberforth.

"Blimey! I knew that man was dangerous! He killed a Dumbledore!"
"I can't believe it. Professor Yeager cannot be the murderer. He just can't be!" Hemione insisted.
"I did not believe there was a curse on the position of Professor of Defense against Dark Arts. This year we lost two professors! That got to be some record or something." Harry and Hermione stared at Ron.
"But he defeated Vold- You-know-who yesterday, saved my life. I would be dead with Quirrel's hands."
"I don't know Harry he could be faking it. Maybe he is You-know-who's servant or something, trying to get your trust or he is some aspiring Dark Lord? Didn't you hear? DMLE thinks he killed Madam Pince too-
"But- This can't be!" The gates of the Great Hall closed as the Aurors escorted Eren out.

Before the night, the Daily Prophet had introduced a special afternoon Prophet report on Yeager.
There was everything to know about Eren Yeager, Aberofrth Dumbledore, Irma Pince and Quirinus Quirell.
Old wounds, not healed by time reopened, when Dumbledore's past came to light.
Reporter Rita Skeeter revealed Albus's friendship and Aberforth's enmity with the Dark Lord Grindelwald, Pervial, Albus's father's arrest in the 1890s for murdering three muggle children, Ariaana's death which was speculated to be due to some sort of Dark Curse.
Everything about the Dumbledore's came to light, with some less related articles.
There was not much about Madam Irma Pince, except that she was a staunch squib rights supporter and was in a scandalous relationship with the Hogwarts caretaker, squib Argus Filch, an ex-Fawley squib.
It was previously reported that she had been in a magical beast accident, but now speculations were raised whether or not Yeager had killed her for her position in Hogwarts.
About Eren Yeager, not much was known about the man, except he had waltzed out of a magical beasts incident into the middle of Diagon Alley, from where he had been admitted to St. Mungos emergency ward.
The list of witnesses was not published by the Wizengamot, with the head of the DMLE trying to keep the case under the veil for as long as it was possible.
Facts about Quirinus Quirell were scarce, with him roaming Romania and Bulgaria for most of his time after Hogwarts. His Hogwarts performance was not stellar, and the provisional headmistress had closed the incoming wards of Hogwarts for any and all reporters.
Somehow, Rita Skeeter had managed to get a quote from some students who wished to remain anonymous. The Hogwarts board of governors were not pleased with how someone was able to ignore the castle's wards and was trying to get a response from the prophet but to no avail.
<Madam Pince had been strict and stern but to know she was murdered! I am starting to doubt that Hogwarts still remains the safest place in Wizarding Britain.> A student quoted, knowing that Madam Pince was murdered outside the Hogwarts Wards in Knockturn Alley.
<I can't believe it was him! He was with children from the start of the term!>
<I think he is a You-know-who's servant or something. This year's first year includes The-boy-who-lived! He must have wanted to kill Harry,>
