I let out a yawn as I slumped in my seat, stretching my arms up lazily...ahh, it's so good to be free. The time I spent sealed away was the only time I had my freedom taken away, across both my lives.

I worked a boring office job in my previous life, it was absolutely mind numbing work, just getting up in the morning everyday was a chore, and every single day in that dull office went by at a crawl.

Frustration and stress just kept building up, little by little, and after about five years in that dead-end job, I finally snapped. I'd gone out drinking on a Friday after a long day at work, I was mentally at the end of my rope, so I had a bit too much to drink.

As I was leaving the bar, I stumbled and bumped into a guy, who then dragged me out of the bar, into a dark alley and began to beat the shit out of me.
