"Are you really serious about it, Eli?"

Brooklyn couldn't believe what she just heard after Elizabeth told her everything. She doesn't look like she approved of her decisions but Elizabeth had already done it and there was no turning back for her. Her feeling on what was up for her was a mixture of thrill and a bit of… nervous. But Arduous promised that he will be there to guide her all the way until she finds it easy and a normal thing to do.

"Yes," she answered without hesitation. "I don't know but, but I just feel like I'm being brave all of a sudden to try and do this."

It was morning in California while it was surely midnight in London. Brooklyn still has her sleeping gown on and she was still on her bed, the dim light on the background was proof of it. While Brooklyn had just woken up after her day off which she took sleeping all day, Elizabeth was getting ready for her day with her mother.
