Chapter 6: Just try to escape
Xavian had quickly gotten his mind out of the gutter and made a run for it.
"How could Breanne, who I've been working with for the past two weeks be a friggin Vampire?!, Did that mean Max was one too? Was the entire Bloodline industry a front for the vampires to harvest blood?!!"
He thought as he ran down the alley.
However, before he could reach the other end, Breanne, or at least her Vampire form dropped in front of him.
"There are many lore about vampires that are very untrue, but one thing really IS true and that is our speed."
Xavian gulped, he had never been this scared in his life, not since Last time.
"B-But, won't it cause concerns if I s-suddenly go missing?!"
He tried to negotiate.
Brianne shook her head as she slowly walked forward.
"Don't worry, sweet blood. I've already filed in a quitting letter for you considering the fact that you won't be here to do it yourself."
He desperately thought hard and came up with a plan.
It was a gamble, sure, but still a plan.
"I-Isnt killing a crime!, Y-Y-You'll get arrested!! Can't you just take a little of my blood and let me go?"
Breanne licked her lips, letting him see her thin long fangs.
"Oh don't be so naive, Xavian.
Do you really want to think I can stop after I start sucking?, Your blood is quite special after all."
She had come quite close to his face, the perfect time to execute his plan.
Xavian had always had an interest in fighting, so much that he had been able to mirror boxing jabs and karate kicks almost perfectly.
As Breanne had gotten closer, he twisted his torso and gave her a strong jab under her jaw.
Even if he didn't have much body weight, the adrenaline rush was enough to give him enough strength to almost bring down a grown man.
However, 'almost' did not help him here as Breanne did not even flinch.
Instead she smiled.
"Since you hit me, it's only fair for me to hit you too."
She then slammed his body on the wall with enough strength to crack his skull, but luckily, he had tried to duck, making it that only his spine was fractured.
'it hurts so much!!, Am I really gonna die here?, What about mum, the kids .. everything?!!'
The blonde teenager thought as Breanne sunk her fangs into his neck and began drinking away without abandon.
