Chapter 22: X City

Sebastian's eyes followed Domain's disappearing body until she was completely out of sight. They had watched TV for hours and it was already late.
Domain entered her room and walked straight to the bathroom to take a quick bath before retiring to bed. She spotted a voluptuous wardrobe that was designed specially for her.
Her eyes landed on the set of clothes within and she froze in place. That had never been her dress code. The set of clothes was so short and very revealing.
'Sebastian!' She screamed inwardly covering her body in a revealing night dress.
"Good morning Princess Aria." Domain woke up to the sound of a stranger calling her real name. How the heck did she know her name? It must be Seb's stupid fault. He foolishly broke her name to a stranger.
"Who are you?" She asked covering her exposed body parts.
"I am your brother's wife," Bestow answered smiling brightly. "Your brother's off for work, I'll take you out for shopping today." She said pulling on her blanket and Domain froze in place looking at her exposed thighs.
She has always been brought up militarily. Even her diet was strongly watched. No junk and only fresh vegetables. How could she maintain that though?
Domain nervously entered the bathroom as Bestow selected a set of clothes to wear. As the two stepped feet outside walking side by side, A black vehicle parked outside with several others stopping behind it.
Bestow froze in place as her heart raced, she knew this would happen because somehow she had done the most foolish thing in her life out of love.
"Stay behind me," She ordered trying hard to hide her tensed self. "Father," She called slightly bowing before an old man in his late fifties.
SLAP! SLAP!
The sound of slaps filled the air as a heavy drop of tear fell from Bestow's almond eyes. "I didn't know Lisa gave birth to such a coward." The man snapped angrily and Bestow's face stayed locked to the ground as she held tightly onto Domain's sweaty hands.
"Mom has nothing to do with this!" Bestow snapped back but another slap rendered her silent.
"That was a hundred years of our family's struggle you gave away foolishly," Crane said his hands tightly clenched into fists.
"He's your son-in-law father." She murmured almost to herself but Crane Lee could hear everything.
"A man who can dump you for another woman anytime he feels like just as I did to your mother?" He snapped and Bestow's red eyes landed on his.
She could take an insult but not any mention of her precious mother. "Sebastian's not a coward like you, you're a disgrace to all fathers and all husbands." She screamed and Crane froze in place moving a few steps back.
He left Lisa for no reason and he was a coward but he was not ready to see the same thing happen with Bestow.
"Could you please give Dady the chance to make it up to you? I mean good for you darling." Crane broke at her daughter's. He knew what men were, Lisa had made the same mistake and now it was her daughter. Was fate repaying his evil with evil?
"Let's go, my dear," Bestow said pulling Domain to her black elegant car and off she drove not bothering about her father.
"Can I ask you a favour?" She asked after a long distance of crazy driving.
"Sure," Said Domain smiling nervously.
"Nothing happened today, you shouldn't tell your brother anything about this." She said and Domain nodded in agreement. It's not like she would tell such nonsense to Sebastian.
"Anything I should handle boss?" Gael asked and Crane smiled devilishly.
"I'll handle everything my way." He said walking straight to his vehicle. Why would he waste his precious time arguing when there was an easier way of handling things?
"Organize a business trip to California." He ordered once the call connected and hung up immediately after hearing a yes for an answer.
