Chapter 5: Chapter 4 : The God of Thunder

Sensei Primal and his squad went back to the docks, back to their makeshift boat which was still there. They untied it from the pillar and hopped onto it, with still the sleeping member Rai on it. Surprising... All of them got on and Primal steered and paddled to the Nimbus village through the calm sea and the light breeze. It would be quite the adventure but eventually they would arrive with 0 difficulty and with Rai still sleeping... Primal had a hearing soon with the Ember village leader and all the other sensei, so they needed to hurry with this.

They got off board and left Rai in the boat once more whilst tying the rope around the a sturdy pillar. Karoi told them that the god they're after, Odinson, resides in a palace nowadays. The closer they moved in on Thor's palace, the darker the clouds got with even lightning sparks being visible from them.

Achieving such palace and wealth should be practically impossible to achieve in that 'little' time. Though this isn't the first case that a God had been a child and quickly grew up to this, even with the wealth and riches of his ancestors.. No, no no... It's almost as if he was reborn, like most God's are.. It's a rather rare and unseen thing with mortals but...

A God, depending on their own choosing and 'death' has the capability to once more rise from, in a sense, their own ashes. Of course, it's rather complex too, to even them.

After walking up the flight of 300 stairs, they didn't break a sweat but did in fact see the 'legendary' Thor Odinson in front of them, already expecting them, it seems.

Being face to face with the God... Uncontrollably the students began to shiver as if they were freezing. "What brings you here, brother?" asked Thor in a genuinely wondersome tone. "We have came to take the shard you hold, Odinson.."

"Brother?!?!" thinks Nova to himself as his eyes widened

"I see, but that will be impossible for the likes of someone like yourself.."

"We will see about that." said Karoi.

For a second they didn't even flinch and in the eyes of the Zankoku and Nova, even Satoru now, they appeared in between each other and were arm clashing. Sensei Primal gave a sign for them to jump in to help out. Satoru ignored the shivering effect and by feeling the adrenaline rise up, he conjured the 3 white lightning senbons and threw them at the God infront, swerving them to come from his side. He blocked them with extreme ease and a smirk on his face. From behind him, Satoru appeared, going to swing the axe right into his spine. Noticing this, Odinson commanded lightning to strike right at him and it did, leaving a splash effect, sending both launching both Primal and Satoru away. Primal hit the giant fence surrounding his palace and it stopped him from going further, leaving a giant crack in it. As for Satoru, he was sent flying into the palace.

Quickly getting up, Primal unsheathed his spear which was surrounded by his signature purple lightning and he moved like the wind, going to pierce Thor right in the heart, but to his surprise it was blocked by Mjolnir.

Both of them toe-to-toe with their weapons, but noone seemed to have been getting the upper hand until...

Zankoku, using his speed trait, he was able to grab Thor into a chokehold but he easily flipped him over onto Karoi.

Karoi was caught off balance with Thor using his Mjolnir with a large grin on his idiotic face to swing at his head.

Not allowing him to do that, Nova side kicked Thor, sending him sliding away a little. With his target now changed, Odinson had every intent to rush right at Nova yet something soared through the sky right down at the Thunder God. Despite bleeding from the ears and forehead, Satoru was able to still able to supercharge and throw his axe right down at him. Barely moving out of the way, Thor went to launch another thunderbolt right at him mid-air.

The bolt struck at him, but he vanished and appeared out from behind Thor, beginning to barrage his back, with Nova hitting him with punches and kicks from the front. Despite not being the fastest on the team, Satoru's wits were outstanding. By adding the 3 white lightning senbons onto the axe, he was able to teleport to them right before the thunderbolt had struck him.

He began breaking free with the clouds beginning to warp more and more as they seemed like they were charging a powerful lightning blast.

Primal placed his hand up towards the cloud, firing purple lightning at the clouds, preventing the upcoming lightning blast.

Using this opportunity, sensei got in close as the students got kicked away and began boxing up with Thor.

The god of thunder surrounded his fist with lightning, aiming it right between Primal's head, yet he moved it left, evading the punch, grabbing him by the shoulder sleeve and his shirt, flipping him over onto the ground, cracking it.

Quickly, Odinson summoned a thunderbolt, aimed at the sensei's back.

Swerving out of the way and catching it, grinning below the mask, and throwing it right at Thor's shoulder as he let out a loud grunt, going to get up.

Zankoku swirled around quickly, creation a tornado that was able to stun Thor, giving Karoi the opportunity to slice his arms off but he failed, resulting in Satoru having to take his axe and hit Odinson with the blunt of it, pushing him into Nova who had his blade ready and took off his head as his last expression on his face was disgust.

They all fall silent and look at each other, now remembering that killing one had consequences.. ''Nova...'' ''What have you done..'' asked Primal in a tone of disbelief ''No... No! None of these Gods are innocent... I must kill them all...'' Nova yelled as he quickly storms off in search of the God Of Death whilst suffering a life crisis and being hit by The Curse.

''Don't follow him, we need to discuss something.'' Primal quickly walks over to Satoru. ''A storm will arise shortly to kill Nova... Something needs to happen!'' Primal quickly thinks and gets an idea. ''I know you're young.. but you should replace him as the God Of Thunder!'' Primal exclaims.

''M-Me? How?'' Satoru asks in utter confusion as he thought this will be just a regular day...

''Well you see, you carry a weapon, the thunder axe, which could be your God weapon so.. You should become the replacement. Every God will need a replacement once killed, as in the ones Nova kills.. Stupid child, he'll get killed.. If every god is killed and not replaced... The world will suffer from every consequence and end. So you NEED to take this place.. please..''

Satoru thinks and hesitates as he sees Zankoku smiling and nodding his head in the corner of his eye. "What the fuck is wrong with you?" he mouths to him. "Accept it!" mouths Zankoku back even throwing up thumbs ups with his hands.

"Alright.. I accept."
