Chapter 68: CHAPTER SIXTY-EIGHT

How in Sky's name did he find out I'm here?

He was in deep sleep when I left his bedside and the pack house, and it's even up to an hour since I left... Or more than.

So, how is it possible that he's up and looking for me suddenly?

I'm sure Sasha woke him up, the girl is so clumsy.

Right now, that's not what counts. Before me is the red-eyed Hendrix, so pained you could feel it from miles off. 

Fidgeting, I toss the box aside, hiding from my sins.

This is the exact box I would love him to see, suddenly I'm acting like a zombie.

The stupid box isn't even helping, instead of going under the mattress where it belongs, still it lies open without any reservation.

"Hendrix..." I stutter, the right words eluding me totally. 

I swallow dryly, panicking to my bones. 

"Hendrix..." I try again, and this time my voice is louder than before, thankfully.
