Chapter 431
Oxen, who had lost half of his face, suddenly received a piece of new knowledge in his mind. It was the skill that helped the mirror Oxen to duplicate two disks half the size of the actual disk.
Since it was a high-level skill, knowledge related to it also appeared in his head, enriching his already enriched database.
Soon a new selection window appeared in his head, asking for the race of his opponent.
Like the last time, he ignored the races of the Primal dimension and straight away went to the Void beasts. Oxen had plans to choose another of his fellow members when he noticed something interesting.
Previously where his picture was supposed to be, there was a +1 symbol engraved on it.
Since he understood the meaning of it, Oxen couldn't help but suck a cold breath of air. His mirror opponent was already so much powerful that he had to die countless times only to draw and then several times more for finally being able to win.
Oxen couldn't even imagine the level of strength his mirror opponent would have when it was a +1 version. He then couldn't control himself to fight an even more powerful version of him, so Oxen chose him straight away.
The next moment, another selection window appeared in his head, asking for the choice of his environment. Like the last several times, he chose the random.
The next moment, the field laden with ice disappeared in front of him, and a desert took its place. As far as Oxen could see, he only saw golden sand.
Not only was the sand under Oxen's feet hot enough to create a burning pain, but the wind was also blowing very quickly, and its speed increased every moment.
Soon, out of nowhere, a giant light appeared tens of millions of miles away from Oxen. When the light disappeared, the creature came to light.
The +1 Oxen had the same appearance as before, but its size had almost several folds. It was so much that the already Oxen spanning over hundreds of thousands of miles looked like a mini-figure.
Only the horn it had was equal to the size of the actual Oxen. If not for Oxen knowing how he looked in his awakened mode, Oxen would've thought it to be an awakened mode of him.
The disc had also grown simultaneously. It had the same appearance, but if previously the disk was a planet, now it was a solar system; such was the size growth it had with this round.
Soon the battle between Oxen and his +1 mirror clone began.
Oxen only had thought of attacking the opponent, but before he could even attempt it, the rotating disk flew toward him and cut him into two pieces, ending the battle in even less than a second.
The next moment when Oxen regained his consciousness, his entire body had gotten wet with sweat and fear.
At that moment, he finally understood the fear of the arrow Aakesh would've shot at him during the battle if he had chosen to fight.
The pressure released by the +1 mirror clone and the arrow couldn't even be compared. If the former was a candle flame, the latter was a planet burning.
He then thanked himself again for not being a hothead and battling Aakesh at that time.
The next moment, the selection window appeared again, asking for the choice of race.
Time flew by, and the remaining around three hundred hours had passed.
Since Oxen was a Void beast and had a limitless physique, his growth rate couldn't be compared with any other customer of the store. If other customers were walking to cover a limited distance, Oxen was flying a plane.
In the eight hundredth hour, Oxen was able to clash with the +1 mirror opponent. In the nine-hundredth hour, Oxen was able to land hits on his opponent, sometimes even causing a severe injury.
Only a minute before the end of the training area, Oxen had almost gotten a draw, but at the last moment, his body gave up. His opponent had numerous severe injuries at that time, including a deep gash showing the heart spread across its humungous body.
After Oxen's training hour ended, his consciousness returned to his body, surrounded by a golden barrier. The system then transferred Oxen to an isolated space where his body and energy went berserk due to the sudden enormous rate of growth in consciousness. When the energy had calmed down, the system brought him back to the store, while Oxen, like the other customers, stayed entirely unaware of it.
Oxen checked himself and couldn't help but smile when he noticed the increased amount of strength he had gained.
Oxen's eyes then fell on the slab in the center of the room and the 108 pillars. A human was testing her sword at the time.
Oxen also decided to test his full strength since he had never known the limit he could reach. As for the slab not being able to handle his full strength, Oxen could only laugh at that thought.
Someone who could create a thing like the Gods u0026 Demons level training area wouldn't have a weak testing slab to test the strength.
There were only three people, excluding Oxen, present in the weapons room at that time. Two were studying weapons for purchasing, while the last one was testing her swords.
Oxen, after reaching the slab, waited for the human lady to stop and his turn to arrive.
Time flew by.
The woman, who was freely testing her sword for the past several minutes, stopped, seeing a customer waiting for her to leave.
She then turned her head around, gestured to the giant human behind her to go ahead, and moved out of the way.
Oxen expressionlessly nodded in response to her gesture and took a step forward.
Oxen first decided to test the power of his casual punch since his strength depended upon his physique. He wasn't a creature who had energy attacks, but Oxen only had physical attacks.
"Thud!"
A loud sound rang in the weapons room as Oxen's casual punch clashed with the slab, resulting in it lightening up.
Soon, a numerical figure appeared on the slab since even a casual punch of Oxen was way more powerful than the full-strength attack of a peak Immortal.
879,998,907 Primal units were the figure on the slab.
Chapter 432
879,998,907 Primal units were the numerical figure that appeared on the slab, showing the difference in strength between other creatures and the Void beasts.
Oxen then decided to test the strength of his full power punch without using any skill.
Suddenly, the aura around the store turned hot as Oxen released all of his strength.
Fortunately for the three people present in the store, the system acted right away and made the pressure stop at Oxen and didn't let it affect anyone, or all the three other customers would've melted and then turned into ashes; such was the temperature around Oxen.
Oxen had his complete focus on the slab, so he didn't notice the scene.
His punch was of the same size as earlier, but if anyone were to see it, they would feel that they were witnessing a punch the size of a planet.
"Thud!"
The next moment, a crashing sound rang as his punch clashed with the slab.
The slab seemed unaffected by the strength of the punch as it lightened up, and soon a numerical figure appeared on it.
Witnessing the attack power his punch had, Oxen couldn't help but nod in appreciation.
On the slab, a numerical figure of 1,290,472,513 Primal units shone splendidly.
Oxen was way more impressed with the training area, seeing the result.
Before entering the training area, his strongest punch without any skill, according to him, would've barely crossed a billion Primal units, but now it was well over the limit.
Oxen also felt fear for the mighty figure at that time, and at the same time, he was confused.
He felt fear and confusion about the goal of the mighty figure behind the store to provide such products that would entirely change the power-level dynamics of the Primal dimension.
'I hope you don't have an evil purpose behind doing all of this,' Oxen thought in his heart and hoped for the best.
He loved the training area and would like to stay there for eternity. But if the store had some evil purpose behind all of this, he wouldn't even think twice before acting, even if it takes his life.Â
Nothing was more important than the sacred duty of protecting the Primal dimension from any harm to the Void beasts.
Oxen then began testing his strength using the number of physical attack skills he owned.
His ultimate skill allowed his attack power to reach almost 1.5 billion Primal units.
Except for using his awakened mode, Oxen used everything in his arsenal.
He then turned around and left the weapons room.
There was also a product like Panagea in the store, but Oxen didn't find it more interesting than the Gods u0026 Demons level training area.
Oxen knew about his inability to ascend to the Sacred dimension, so the concept of reaching the level of ascendence without having a fear of death didn't interest him much.
He only liked the portion of exploring a new world with countless races from the three dimensions, but since all the virtual portals were already taken, not only for the current time but also for the next group, so he had stopped thinking about it.
After exiting the weapons room, Oxen approached Aakesh.
"Strange creature, I'll return with a trillion supreme Primal stones," Oxen told Aakesh since he wanted to enter the training area, and Oxen didn't have enough money.
He could've used the inferior Sacred stone for a few uses, but at that time, he didn't know the worth of the training area, so he exchanged it only for an hour of Gods u0026 Demons level training area.
"Don't do it," Aakesh expressionlessly responded straight away.
"What do you mean?" Oxen asked with a confusing expression on his face.
"The Gods u0026 Demons level training area had a limit per customer. A customer can only stay an hour per year," Aakesh told Oxen about the limit of the training area.
"Eh, a limit!" Oxen exclaimed in surprise, hearing Aakesh.
But, after thinking for a moment, the limit made sense to him.
If customers were allowed to enter the training area unlimitedly, it would only take them a few weeks to ascend or even surpass the Void beasts. Oxen also understood the side effects of the unlimited training in the Gods u0026 Demons level training area.
Since only consciousness entered while the physical body stayed outside, the consciousness grew at an exponential rate inside the training area while the physical body stayed the same. So if consciousness grew and crossed the limit the physical body could bear, it would give up and explode due to the massive influx of energy through the consciousness.
"I don't have the problem of my consciousness growing stronger than my physique since my physique is the strongest and most durable out of all the eleven Void beasts," Oxen told Aakesh. He hoped for Aakesh to allow him to enter the training area.
He couldn't even wait for a day to enter the training area, let alone a year.
"No!" Aakesh bluntly rejected Oxen.
The reason for limiting the entry into the Gods u0026 Demons level training area didn't work on Oxen, but he was the exception.
The rules are made for the masses, ignoring the exceptions, especially in his store, where no one had power over anyone else. Their differences in status and power mattered outside the store, not inside.
Oxen couldn't help but turn disappointed, hearing Aakesh.
"My fellow members want to meet you. Should I bring all of them here, or are you uncomfortable with it?" Oxen suddenly asked the question.
He forgot about him wanting to enter the training area since Aakesh had bluntly rejected, and he would never budge or make him an exception in the store.
Oxen asked the question because he didn't want the store owner to think that the Void beasts desired to attack him. If all eleven of them combined their forces, they would be able to kill the store owner if the mighty figure behind the store didn't intervene.
"Why would I have any problem? The more customers you bring to my store, the better for the store," Aakesh expressionlessly responded.
"Thank you, strange creature. I'll return tomorrow with my fellow members," Oxen thanked Aakesh. He then turned around and left the store.
***
"Reach the meeting hall," After exiting the store, Oxen mumbled, looking at the sky.
The next moment, he disappeared from the sight of the crowd curiously looking at him.
Chapter 433
On the continent of Anga, the sun had reached the top, the temperature had become hot, and the market had gotten busier like every other day.
Aakesh's store had already become the most famous store in not only Kakot, but the entire Bisan Kingdom and several other neighboring Kingdom also knew about it. Since the Kingdoms were very vast despite being weak, the courtesy of Visteerna, a planet that could put Universes to shame with its size, citizens of the Bisan Kingdom and neighboring Kingdoms couldn't travel to the store if they couldn't spend a large purse.
So any customer who exited the store became the center of attention for a few seconds for the other store owners and customers in the market. Staring at the customers, many hoped to be in their place. A rumor that the store has products that would make anyone strong had spread across the city, fuelled the fire for the popularity of the store.
When Oxen exited the store, he became a center of attention for every person present across the street.
"Honorable sir, please help me treat my son," Oxen mumbled something and was going to teleport back to the meeting hall when he heard a sudden plea for help.
Oxen turned around, only to see a malnourished woman asking for help, with a newborn in her hands.
Oxen could see that newborn had died quite a long time ago since bones were evident.
The woman must have been carrying her son for quite a long time in the hope of treatment, but the son was already dead, and the mother couldn't believe it, so she fell into a delusion that her son was alive and needed to be treated.
"Sir, please don't harm her. She is my daughter. She had gotten mentally ill after her husband and son's death," Right at that time, another aged voice rang on the street as an old man requested Oxen not to hurt the malnourished woman, thinking that he would kill her for interrupting him.
Aakesh's store had good as well as negative popularity. If the store was known for its products, the store owner was known for his killings. Similarly, the customers exiting the store were also feared by a minority, and the old man was part of that.
Oxen ignored the old man and looked at the malnourished woman and the dead newborn in her hands.
He slightly bent down, controlled his strength, and tapped down on the head of the woman.
The next moment, in front of everyone, the malnourished woman started to become younger as the energy returned to her face.
The next moment, the woman became young, and her mental strength also got healed.
The emotions returned to her face as she looked at her son.
"I can't revive your son. You have an entire life left with you, so don't give up just yet," Oxen told the woman and then disappeared from the sight of the crowd looking at him with shocked expressions.
Reviving the newborn wasn't a big deal for Oxen, but he didn't since resurrecting something dead went against their principle. The Void beasts believed that the dead needed to have peace and were not to return through their hands.
The woman began crying while the old man knelt to thank Oxen for healing his only living descendant.
Aakesh also saw the scene of Oxen treating the lady with just a tap of his finger and then closed his eyes, starting another relaxation session.
***
When Oxen returned to the meeting hall, the other ten Void beasts were already waiting for him, seated on their chairs.
They had solemn faces as their next steps depend on what Oxen had learned about the store owner.
"What did you learn?" A question came right away.
"I think we need to give up on eliminating the store owner and focus on having friendly relations with him," Oxen responded.
Oxen then began sharing everything he learned about the store owner and the mighty figure behind the store.
The more the other ten Void beasts learned, the more shocked they became.
"Did you ask him about the killing of the Aisad race?" Talia suddenly asked.
"Yes, they have become extinct in the Primal dimension," Oxen responded in a neutral tone as if massacring an entire race wasn't a big deal.
"Was he cautious against you when you had entered the store?" Another question came from one of the Void beasts.
"No! In fact, he was even more relaxed than yesterday. There was already a higher power present in the store…" Oxen then started sharing his experiences of getting his energy source sealed and then the effects of the training area.
"You fought against yourself and still lost so many battles," One of the Void beasts mocked Oxen for losing battles against himself in the training area.
"Hmph, we'll see your strength tomorrow," Oxen scoffed and responded.
"Okay, let's make a bet; If I defeat my opponent in less than ten battles, you will turn into my pet for a year, and if I won't, I would do the same," The Void beast responded, forgetting about the extinction of an entire race.
"Okay," Oxen responded with a grin on his face. He couldn't help but laugh out loud, seeing the overconfidence of his fellow Void beast.
The Void beast in question got a bad feeling in his heart, but he controlled himself and believed in himself as being stronger than Oxen.
"Let me give you a tip since we are all one. Never use your awakened mode," Oxen further told the Void beast. While speaking, a hint of fear could be clearly seen on his face as he remembered what had happened to him when he had dared to use the awakened mode to get ahead in the battle.
The Void beasts then returned to their solemn moods as they began discussing about the store and the effect it could play on the power dynamics of the Primal dimension.
They were all confused by the goal of the store owner and the mighty figure behind the store for providing such high-level products.
"Should we ask them to find the details about the store and the store owner?" One Void beast suddenly asked. They in question were the eleven Void beasts from the Sacred dimension, and they had more knowledge than the Void beasts here.
Chapter 434
"Should we request them to search for the details of the store and the mighty figure behind the store?" One of the Void beasts suddenly asked.
"I don't have an issue with that, but what if it creates an issue," Another Void beast chimed in and gave his response. "In the eyes of the mighty figure we are nobody despite being Void beasts since we're from the Primal dimension, but the same couldn't be said for them. After all, they rule the Sacred dimension and have enough strength to compete against Primordials," She further added.
The power difference between the Void beasts and the inhabitants of the Primal dimension was already very wide, but when compared with the Void beasts from the Sacred dimension and its inhabitants, the Primal dimension couldn't even compare.
The other Void beasts nodded, agreeing with her conjecture.
"Let's wait before telling them. We don't want to offend someone who may not have any goal against the Primal dimension," A Void beast commented.
***
While the meeting between the eleven Void beasts were going on, Aakesh was relaxing on his chair.
Time flew by.
The six hours for the group of customers that had arrived in the morning was over, so the system forced them out one by one, depending on their entry sequence.
Lenna and her family were also part of that group, so the system forced them out too.
After exiting the portal room, the family members left the store using their supreme cards, while Lenna stayed behind.
She then approached Aakesh, who was relaxing on his chair.
Aakesh opened his eyes sensing an approach. He then looked up and found Lenna to be the source behind it.
"Store owner, do you know the exact location of the event?" Lenna respectfully asked Aakesh.
The event for which she had come here and then had become the regular customer of the store was going to occur today. Elasha could only divine that it would occur on the Mysterious peak around the Bisan Kingdom, but the area was so large that it would be like searching for a needle in the haystack.
"No!" Aakesh expressionlessly responded since everything he knew about the event was from either Lenna or Turta and Pucchi.
"Do you know the time at which it will begin?" Lenna asked another question. Her tone still respectful.
Time flew by.
After getting her answers Lenna left the store. They had decided to meet at the store closing time where Lenna would come with the other person in the group.
After Lenna left, Aakesh returned to his relaxation session since there was no customer.
Soon, the six hours of the first group of Esh clan members was also over, so the system forced them out one by one.
After their exit, the remaining meditating members of the Esh clan stood up and went to the portal room for their entries into the Panagea.
Another round of silence then fell on the store after the members of the Esh clan left the store using their supreme cards.
The silence in the store didn't continue for long, as the sound of footsteps rang in the store.
Aakesh, as usual, ignored it. Later he had no choice but to open his eyes as he sensed the footsteps approaching him.
The next moment, Aakesh opened his eyes, looked at the owner of the footsteps, and couldn't help but get surprised since it was a familiar figure, and only the second entry of the customer to the store.
It was the Angel disguised as a human girl that had arrived in the store once and had liked Panagea, but since the store was full, she had no choice but to leave.
After that day, this was the second time she entered the store.
(A/N: For more reference please refer to chapter 251.)
"Oh, you seem to have changed quite a lot," She commented, seeing the change in Aakesh from her first entry to now.
Aakesh was going to respond when he suddenly felt a sense attempting to break his barrier. Aakesh felt as if he was standing behind a paper wall while an ocean tide was aiming to devour him.
The feeling didn't continue for long as the system acted right away, and made the paper wall into a thick steel one. No matter what the intensity of the tide, it failed in breaching the wall.
"Eh!" The girl exclaimed in surprise, seeing her senses failing to peer through Aakesh's barrier.
The girl then looked around the store as she had sensed an external force acting and stopping her senses from checking the store owner's energy level.
The next moment, a smile spread across her face, as she found nothing and the situation felt interesting to her.
"Store owner, forgive me. I couldn't control myself from checking out your level," The girl then apologized to Aakesh for her misbehaviour.
Aakesh didn't respond but expressionlessly stared at her.
[Host, do you want to ban her from the store?]
[Her actions don't warrant an attack or punishment, but you can anytime ban her.]
The system informed Aakesh in his head. Checking the cultivation level was a pretty common occurrence in the Multiverse, so the Angel's action didn't get a counterattack from the system.
"No, leave it," Aakesh responded.
If he were to kill customers for attempting to check his cultivation level, he would never get a higher-level customer.
The situation only arose today because of the vast power gap between the Angel and him.
The Angel was a subspecies of the race Yaksha, the third strongest race, and Angel were exclusive to the third dimension, so even the weakest of them had an unimaginable strength in the Primal dimension.
"Store owner, you remember me?" The girl asked, seeing Aakesh not saying anything in response to her actions.
Aakesh, in response to the question, expressionlessly nodded.
"Is there an empty portal left in Panagea?" The girl asked. When the last time she had come here, she had failed to get a spot in Panagea.
"No, you need to wait six hours," Aakesh expressionlessly responded.
Even Aakesh felt sorry for the Angel for not getting a spot in Panagea despite coming days later and when the number of portals had grown severalfold.
As expected, the smile from the girl's face disappeared and instead a disappointed look took its place.
Chapter 435
"Again!" The girl disappointedly cursed for not being able to enter the Panagea again.
"You could wait for six hours," Aakesh suggested to the Angel.
(A/N: I refer to the Angel as a girl when she's talking because she doesn't know that Aakesh has seen through her disguise.)
Aakesh suggested such since he wanted to use the skill Watcher on her, to know the reason for her appearing in the Primal dimension. For Aakesh to use it, the Angel needed to buy any product from the store, or it wouldn't work.
"Naah, I don't have that much time," The girl responded to Aakesh's suggestion.
"What do you think is the best time for me to come so that I would get the spot in Panagea without waiting?" The girl asked. Her voice was sweeter and gentler than in previous times.
"In the morning at the sunrise when the store opens," Aakesh expressionlessly responded since it was the only time where the Angel could get a spot without waiting in the current times.
"Hmm," The girl responded with a pondering face thinking something.
"Oh, look at me. I forgot to introduce myself after talking with you for so long," The girl commented after she had stopped thinking about whatever was on her mind at that moment.
"I am Lilith," The girl introduced her and extended her hand for a handshake.
"I am Aakesh," Aakesh expressionlessly introduced himself but ignored Lilith's handshake.
"Ouch, so rude," Lilith said and took her hand back while having a painful expression on her face.
Soon her expression returned to normal. She then turned around and left the store without waiting for Aakesh's response.
After Lilith left, a pondering expression appeared on his face as he thought about something only known to him.
"Hey, system, do you think she has something to do with the event that would occur today?" Aakesh asked the system as it was the only reason behind her coming here he could think of at the time.
[There are chances for it to happen since the appearance of an Angel in the Primal dimension isn't a usual occurrence, but the system can't be sure.]
The system answered in its usual mechanical and emotionless voice. Aakesh only nodded in response to the system's reply.
"Did you check her cultivation level?" Aakesh asked another question.
[Yes, Host! It's @
Chapter 436
Clomp!"
"Clomp!"
"Clomp!"
Aakesh was watching the screen, waiting to find out the use of Turta and the start of the event, when suddenly the sound of heavy footsteps broke him out of his thoughts.
Aakesh took his eyes away from the screen and focused on the owner of the sound, only to find a group of unfamiliar customers staring around the store with surprise on their faces.
It was a group of people belonging to a race called Honaer.
The Honaer race belonged to the same humanoid category as Humans, and they were also of equal strength. Unlike Humans, they didn't have a large population or high fertility rate.
Since Honaer and Humans belonged to the same category, they looked almost the same, barring a few differences. Even an average Honaer was almost thrice the height of the naturally tallest Human, and similarly, they were bulky.
What made Honaer stand different from Humans was the structure of the face. They had no ears and a nose with three nostrils. It worked as an ear for them.
There were six members in the group, and even the weakest in the group was a late Immortal, the strongest in the group was a peak Immortal, with a Pseudo-divine physique, while the remaining four members were peak Immortals.
The weakest stood at the front, leading the group. While the other five surrounded the boy as if they were his guards. The difference between the clothes of the boy and the other five members showed the difference in status.
Even the nose ring the boy wore was more expensive than the combined cost of the worth of the four peak Immortals. Only the strongest in the group had something to make him stand out from the boy, but since he stayed behind cautiously gave up the status difference.
"What do you think about this store, Hartol?" The boy suddenly asked while curiously looking around the store.
"A very dangerous feeling, young master," The strongest in the group was named Hartol, so he responded.
"Hmm, I felt the same," The boy responded. His eyes then fell on the blue-skinned man, seated comfortably on a chair, expressionlessly looking at him and his group.
'He must be the store owner,' The boy thought. He then took a step forward and approached Aakesh while his retinue and bodyguard followed him.
"Are you the store owner?" The boy asked after he reached Aakesh.
Aakesh didn't say anything in response and only nodded.
"What does your store sell?" The boy asked another question.
"The store sells…,"
"…, these products," Aakesh introduced all the store products to the boy.
The boy had the same reaction everyone had when they heard about the store products and their effects, so Aakesh had already gotten used to it.
"Are you sure about the effects of Panagea?" The boy couldn't believe what he heard, so he asked again to make sure.
Aakesh expressionlessly nodded in response to the boy's question.
"Okay, give us an hour-"
"The portals are full, so you can't enter them for now. If you want to, you have to wait until the six hours of the preoccupied group is over," The boy wanted to ask for an hour in Panagea, but Aakesh cut him off midway and told him about all the occupied virtual portals.
"How can you cut our young master-"
"Slap!"
"Thud!"
Seeing the boy supposed to be a young master of some sort getting cut off midway, one attendant who wanted to show his loyalty to his master flared up toward Aakesh. Before his sentence could even get complete, a slap right on his face arrived, and the next moment, he crashed to the floor.
The slap had punctured half the face of the attendant. The man stood up, only to crash on the hardwood floor again, seeing the glare coming at him from Hartol.
"Forgive my attendant. He couldn't see me getting cut off," The boy apologized to Aakesh for the action of his attendant. He then gestured for his other attendants to take the man outside.
The treatment meted out to the attendant, despite being a peak Immortal level cultivator, made no sense and was disrespectful, but such was the status of the boy from where he came from that it all wasn't something outrageous.
The other attendants followed the order of their master and took the man out of the store.
"Return to the house and wait for your punishment," The leader of the group of followers ordered the man. They then returned to the store, leaving the man on his own.
The man had a disappointed and horrified face at the same time. He felt extreme fear thinking about his punishment after returning. He then activated one of his travel skills to return since he had no choice but to follow through with the order, and the next moment he disappeared from the street.
***
"What about the training area?" The boy asked for the second best product in his eyes after learning about the filled spots in Panagea.
"They've no limit for the number of customers, so you can go there if you want," Aakesh expressionlessly responded.
The boy nodded. He then turned his head around, looked at Hartol, and asked, "Do you want to enter?"
"I'll do whatever you want me to do, young master?" Hartol responded straight away.
"Good!" The boy commented.
The boy then turned back his head and said, "Two Gods u0026 Demons level training area, and three Immortal level training area for Immortal level weapons."
"You need to pay two trillion, thirty million supreme Primal stones," Aakesh nodded and expressionlessly told the price the boy had to pay.
The boy, who had activated his pocket space, couldn't help but freeze, hearing the price he needed to pay for the training area.
The boy wasn't the only one to feel such emotions. Hartol, who had been standing expressionlessly behind the boy from the start, also had a change in his expression as his jaw almost dropped to the ground, hearing the cost of the training area.
"Store owner, did you really say two trillion, or did I hear it wrong?" The boy asked to make sure as he couldn't believe the price.
Aakesh didn't say anything, but he only nodded expressionlessly in response to the question.
Chapter 437
The boy's lips twitched, seeing the store owner nodding his head.
"Don't you think it's quite an outrageous price for a product?" The boy then asked, controlling himself not to look irritated.
If not for Hartol warning him that the store owner was even stronger than him and the sensation of danger across the store, he would've never treated Aakesh so respectfully.
"The store only charges the product's worth," Aakesh expressionlessly responded, ignoring the expressions on the boy's face.
"Eh! What training for just an hour can even be worth a trillion supreme Primal stones?" The boy asked.
He had more than enough Primal stones to pay for the training area, but since he found the price to be outrageous, he didn't agree to it.
"The Gods u0026 Demons level training area," Aakesh responded right away, bringing a dumbfounded look to the boy's face.
"Fine, but what if the training didn't provide for what its cost is?" The boy took a deep breath to stop himself from flaring up in irritation and asked another question.
"Then you would get compensated by 100 times the price of the training area," Aakesh expressionlessly answered.
The compensation policy of the store made him doubt whether he was wrong and should've already paid the cost.
Sigh!
"Two Gods u0026 Demons level training area and three Immortal level training area for the Immortal grade weapon," The boy finally gave up after a few seconds, sighed, and decided to enter the training area.
Even if he didn't get a good product, he would get a hundred trillion supreme Primal stones as compensation, so it would only benefit him. If the product worked, then his money wouldn't have gone to waste, so the situation was advantageous for the boy, no matter the result.
The next moment, the boy took out a card from his pocket space and handed it to Aakesh.
"It doesn't work here," Aakesh expressionlessly responded as he handed back the card to the boy.
It was a card used in higher-level transactions and was the creation of the top-ranked organization.
The card was black in color, but there was a white strip on which the pattern of a mountain of Primal stones was imprinted.
It was a bank card that worked across the Primal dimension, but only the powerful and influential were able to use it since not everyone was allowed to have the card.
"Eh!" The boy couldn't help but exclaim in surprise, hearing the store owner.
Using the card for a transaction provided benefits to the store owner also. Since owning the card was the sign of status, the card automatically transferred a tip of Primal stones, depending on the volume of the transaction.
Since this transaction was worth more than two trillion supreme Primal stones, the store owner would surely get a random tip ranging from one million to a billion stones.
The boy couldn't believe that any store owner would reject such a deal.
The boy understood that the store owner wouldn't budge, seeing Aakesh's expressionless face, so he decided not to disturb him.
He instead turned his head around, looked at one of his followers, and ordered, "Help me take out the sum I need to pay for the training area."
The boy then handed the card, while the follower bowed and left.
The creator of the cards had organized debit spots across the Primal dimension. On Visteerna, there were three such locations, and none of them were on the Anga continent, so the followers had to travel to the continent they came from.
The group didn't have to wait for long, as only a few seconds later, the follower returned.
He then respectfully handed over the card and a pouch to the boy.
The boy casually grabbed the pouch, turned around, and handed it to Aakesh.
The next moment, a giant mountain made of supreme Primal stones appeared inside the store as Aakesh emptied the pouch. He then handed it back to the boy, who dumbfoundedly took it.
He then waved his hands, and the mountain disappeared from the store.
[Host, the amount is correct!]
The next moment, an alert of successful payment rang in his head. He then looked at the boy and told him to go ahead, not forgetting to inform the boy about the newly created needle.
The boy nodded and then proceeded toward the weapons room while Hartol and the attendants followed him.
"If the training works, I can inform my father," The boy muttered as he proceeded toward the portal room.
"Yes, young master. It would further cement your position in the eyes of 'His Majesty'," Hartol replied in a voice loud enough for only the boy to hear.
The boy didn't come from the Anga continent but the Vajji continent. Vajji was one of the top three continents on Visteerna after Kashi.
The boy came from one of the top-three Empires on the Vajji continent. His name was Votayl, and he was the crown prince of the Honaer Empire.
Due to having a low population, Honaer had a close society. So combining all their numbers, they created the Honaer Empire and made it one of the top three on a continent like Vajji, where the number of Empires barely reached seven, and every part of the land was divided between them.
Votayl's father, the Emperor of the Honaer Emperor, was going to make Votayl the new Emperor and then ascend, so he sent Votayl to travel across the Visteerna to learn about the characters of the people.
For traveling, Votayl decided to start from the weakest continent. It was the Anga continent, and similarly, begin from the weakest region of the Anga continent, which was the extreme southern part. Since the Bisan Kingdom was in these parts, Votayl, his followers, and Hartol came here, and then they came across the store.
His being the crown prince was fixed due to him being his father's favorite and eldest child, but since Honaers were a very close society, the Emperor wanted Votayl to take the throne with everyone's permission. Votayl also wanted him to become an Emperor with everyone's blessing, so he agreed with his father.
If the training did wonders according to its cost, it meant Panagea would work too. The Panagea would help Votayl impress the majority of Honaer, while the training area would cover the remaining.
Chapter 438
Thinking like this, Votayl entered the weapons room.
He couldn't help but nod in appreciation, seeing the luxury around the store. Even the Ashamba floor used in endless quantity didn't stand a chance against the extravagance present in the weapons room.
Votayl's eyes then fell on the countless mural painted all across the room. He could feel that there was something different about the murals, and they weren't some ordinary paintings.
But no matter what, he couldn't peer over that feeling. So he instead started looking for others to check his conjecture about them being extraordinary.
Hartol, who had been standing a step behind Votayl, also looked at the murals.
Hartol was a mace user, so when his eyes came across the first mace mural, he suddenly felt something clicking in his mind.
He felt himself getting attracted to the mural, and soon, his eyes turned blank.
Votayl, who had been looking across the murals, suddenly had a shocked expression on his face, seeing the sudden change around Hartol. Hartol wasn't only his bodyguard, but he was also his uncle(Mother's brother).
If not for life present inside Hartol, Votayl would've thought that he had died.
He then followed his eyesight and looked at the mural.
In the mural, a warrior of an unknown race was fighting a warrior of their own race, but the opponent was larger. One had a mace, while the other had a sword.
In the next scene, the warrior using his mace smashed his opponent into smithereens with just a single strike. Even the sword used by the opponent failed to survive the attack and snapped into several pieces as a result.
Votayl didn't find anything special from the mural since he wasn't a mace user but a sword user. Since his uncle had immersed himself in it, he decided to wait for Hartol to come around first, and only then would he enter the training area.
Since Votayl had nothing else to do but stand there waiting for Hartol to come around, Votayl started searching for sword murals that would help him get immersed in it.
Time flew by.
No matter how many sword murals, Votayl couldn't get immersed like his uncle. Only his intuition of the murals being extraordinary stayed in his head, and nothing extra, while Hartol was still immersed in that mace mural.
The blank eyes of Hartol suddenly had a change as colors returned to them, and similarly, Hartol, who had gotten frozen in a spot, moved, bringing a stop to Votayl's search for sword murals.
"What had happened?" Votayl asked Hartol, with a hint of concern in his voice.
"I don't know. When I looked at the mural, I felt as if it was calling me inside. No matter how much I attempted to resist it, I couldn't do anything but get forced to it. After that, I don't remember anything, young master," Hartol shared his experience.
"Eh!" He then suddenly exclaimed in surprise, bringing a questioning look to Votayl's face.
"Young master, I feel that I've learned something new, but I can't put my fingers on it," Hartol could understand what Votayl wanted to ask, so he honestly told him.
"No need to push yourself," Votayl responded. He believed Hartol completely as Hartol had been with him since his birth, and Honaer rarely betrayed or lied to their close friends or families.
"Let's go for the training," Votayl then told Hartol and the followers that had been waiting for all this time without even daring to speak a word.
Votayl then took a step forward and proceeded to search for the pillar denoting the sword. The attendants and Hartol followed him and went their own ways since all of them used different weapons.
Hartol was the first to find his pillar as the mace were in the starting round of circles. He then did what the store owner had told them to do to enter the training area.
He found the needle next to the imprinted mace pattern straight away.
He then pushed his finger on the needle. He used force since he had a pseudo-divine physique, but he couldn't be any more stupid to do this.
The needle pierced his skin like it was passing through nothing, while the excessive force used by Hartol resulted in the needle coming out through his finger.
Hartol then noticed something strange, the minor injury that should've healed at the first moment had no change, while drops of his blood streaked down the pillars and then the floor.
The blood failed to touch the floor as before it could do it, an invisible pressure attacked it and burned it to ashes.
Hartol, with a surprised expression, removed his fingers from the needle right away. The injury that wasn't healing healed straight away, but Hartol wasn't there to see it.
The moment, Hartol moved his finger away, his consciousness left the body and entered the infinite space inside the training area. Whereas a golden barrier covered his body to stop it from facing any harm during his training.
The blood that had been dripping from the pillar also disappeared, making the columns as clean as before.
All the other members in the group had also entered the space inside the training area.
***
After Votayl and his group left, Aakesh returned to the screen still running in front of him.
"It's the last day of this torture. After today, you're free from me, but if you want to come to me, you only need to call me," A figure hooded in a dark cloak commented.
Pucchi, who had her eyes swelling due to crying all day, glared at the hooded figure with hatred and disgust in her eyes.
"Don't need to be angry. I never forced you. It was your choice to do this to your sister's son, your own nephew," The hooded figure laughingly responded. In the end, his voice contained disgust for Pucchi's action.
Pucchi's eyes turned red from anger, hearing the statement. It made her remember how much an evil person she is?
"No need to stay in the past. If it makes you feel better, even if you've refused, we still would've done this with the boy," The hooded figure responded and then left the room.
"Forgive me, Rutthi," Tears started dripping out of Pucchi's eyes again as she asked for forgiveness from her sister for snatching her child and doing this.
Chapter 439
Time flew by.
"It's time," The silence present in the room suddenly got broken as the hooded figure returned and told Pucchi.
Pucchi, who had been silently crying, felt a thunderbolt attacking her, hearing the voice. It was the last thing she wanted to hear for now.
"No, I won't let you do this," Pucchi didn't know from where she got the guts or empathy for her nephew, but she yelled.
The hooded figure had expected this response from Pucchi, so he took a step forward, appeared right in front of her, grabbed her by the scruff of her neck, and threw her toward the wall.
"Do you think you've got a choice here, or did you think that since I slept with you, I will agree with whatever you say," The hooded figure mocked Pucchi as he looked down on her.
He then bent down and gently caressed her face. "Look, you've no choice here. We can do it your way or my way," He commented.
"If we do it your way, then I would do things to you that even the devil would shudder thinking about, and if we do it my way, we'll all be happy. You would get your wish, and I would get mine," The figure added. A hint of killing tone never left his voice as he warned Pucchi.
Pucchi, who had only gotten the courage to stand up to the figure, felt all her bravery vanish and shuddered in fear.
It wasn't the first time it happened with her. Whenever she had dared to refuse the man's order, she had faced the worst humiliation of her life.
"Why be brave when you can't sustain it?" The hooded figure mocked Pucchi, seeing the look of fear returning on her face.
He then stopped caressing her face and stood up.
"Now, let's bring an end to this," He commented as he looked at the unconscious Turta on his bed.
Turta would groan from time to time as the pain still attacked him. Due to the pain, he couldn't remain unconscious, while due to lack of energy, he couldn't stay conscious, so the situation for Turta was no worse than evil torture.
"Ugh!" Pucchi groaned as she stood up.
Her expressions were of fear, anger, and sadness as she took a step forward toward the bed.
"Turta, look, your mother is here," She gently called out to Turta as she caressed his face.
She got no response from Turta as he was neither conscious nor unconscious.
"Do it," The hooded figure suddenly ordered Pucchi.
Pucchi gave a hateful glare at the figure, but her fear couldn't be hidden. The hooded figure only shrugged his shoulders in response.
Pucchi then took out the needle from her space ring and started taking Turta's blood.
When she had finally taken out the one hundred and eleventh drop of Turta's blood, there was a sudden change in him.
He turned even weaker as his skin started melting as if he was a corpse that had died for quite a long time. His groans turned more and more fragile. It still existed, showing his struggle to survive against all of this.
"Don't stop," The hooded figure ordered, hurrying Pucchi.
"Look, Turta, your mother is here," Pucchi called out to Turta again, but yet there was no response.
"If you love me, open your eyes," Pucchi called Turta again. Her tone contained hurry, while the hooded figure had a solemn and grave face as what happened next would determine their struggle of the past several years.
"If you don't open your eyes, I would kill myself. Didn't you promise to protect me?" Pucchi called Turta out again, her voice being louder than before.
Turta's body finally showed some movement as his eyelids moved and attempted to open themselves.
It only moved and didn't open. Pucchi continued to call Turta out. Her tone became louder, angrier with every moment.
The hooded figure's expression turned graver as everything depended upon Turta opening his eyes and looking at his mother.
'Did we make a mistake somewhere?' The figure thought in his head as he remembered the situation from the start.
"If you don't OPEN YOUR EYES, I WOULD HATE YOU FOR ALL MY LIFE," Pucchi screamed, calling for Turta once more.
"Mo…moâ¦mother, pl…pleaâ¦please-"
Turta finally opened his eyes. Everything looked blurry to him. He didn't want his mother to hate him, so he wanted to request, but his voice suddenly came to a halt as a hand passed through his heart.
"Moâ¦mot-"
Turta attempted to speak, but he lost consciousness before he could complete his sentence and lost his life.
"NO!" Pucchi let out a heart-rending scream. It was she that had passed her hand through Turta's chest and grabbed the heart, resulting in his death
"Hahahahha!" The hooded figure, ignoring Pucchi's expression, started laughing out loud. "I did it, master," He then yelled as he had been doing all this on the orders of his master.
On the bed, Turta's body disappeared as if it was never there. The blood she had collected and the heart Pucchi had in her hands were the only remaining proofs of his existence.
Pucchi had a lost expression on her face as the scene before Turta's birth emerged in her mind.
How she had fallen in love with a man, but he instead fell in love with her sister Rutthi.
Turta was the proof of the man's love for Rutthi and what Rutthi had for him. Due to that, Pucchi hated nothing more than Turta.
She couldn't stand Turta, so she kidnapped him and decided to kill him. Before she could do that, she came across the hooded figure.
She accepted the mission as the hooded figure assured her that the man he loved more than anything would fall in love with her if she did as told.
Her hatred for Turta and the man was so high that she accepted it. Even with the passing of years, her disgust for Turta didn't disappear. She felt mental agony whenever she looked, smiled, or talked to Turta.
But as Turta started growing weaker, her heart started feeling empathy for him. She never knew somewhere in her heart that she loved her nephew since Turta was the splitting copy of the man she loved.
But still, her hatred got the better of her love for Turta, or she would've fought to the death with the hooded figure to save Turta from this torture.
Chapter 440
"Haha, master, I did it," The hooded figure danced in jubilation, seeing the heart in Pucchi's hands, completely ignoring her expressions.
Pucchi's face turned red from anger as she glared at the figure while tears streamed down her cheeks continuously.
The figure ignored and continued jumping in jubilation as how could he not be excited when his plan of years was on the verge of success?
The heart in Pucchi's hands suddenly had a change. Out of nowhere, it started melting.
The hooded figure stopped his jumping and took out the container in which he had stored Turta's blood. He then took the heart from Pucchi's hands and gently put it into the container filled with Turta's blood.
Pucchi had attempted not to give the heart, but the power difference between her and the hooded figure was way vaster for her to accomplish it.
The hooded figure then grabbed the needle that was placed on the bed next to where once Turta slept and emptied it into the container, making it entirely full. Even a drop of liquid would be an extra addition to the container and drop on the ground as if it was manually made to handle a limited and fixed amount of liquid.
As soon as the needle turned empty and the contained got full in its entirety, the heart stored in it had a sudden change.
A swirl appeared right above the heart as the blood started assimilating into it.
A few seconds later, only the heart remained in the container, while all the blood had disappeared; not even a hint of it remained.
The heart had changed in its entirety. If previously it was grey in color, it was now golden and shone as if it was a valuable treasure.
The next moment, the golden heart started fading at a very slow rate.
"You did it," Since it would take time for the following process to begin, the hooded figure looked toward Pucchi and commended her for achieving what he wanted.
"Why did you choose Turta for your plan?" Pucchi asked as she had never gotten the answer for the hooded figure choosing Turta for his plan. She had accepted it due to her hatred for Turta, but what was the reason behind the man choosing Turta?
"I guess I can tell you now since you've completed your mission," The hooded figure responded, a smile hidden due to his covered face.
"Your nephew Turta…,"
"…I chose him." The hooded figure told Pucchi the reason behind him choosing Turta.
Turta was born in the body of an Earthen Troll, but in reality, his soul belonged to a different creature.
His soul belonged to a creature called Sufotal. Sufotal was a creature that once lived in the Primal dimension and was the only member of its race.
In a battle with a creature stronger than itself, Sufotal died, and then it reincarnated itself in the body of your sister's son.
Sufotal was a creature that lived its life on Ashamba, the Primordial tree, so it was the reason behind Turta's close relation with the barks.
Sufotal originally had the ability to use the element of Chaos, but since it lived on Ashamba for so long, the negating ability of Ashamba worked on it.
The mutation gave Sufotal a new ability. The new power allowed Sufotal to manipulate the element of Absolute Nihility, a superior form of the element of Nihility.
Any element that had Absolute added with it became the power of Devas, so Sufotal became way more powerful than it should've been in the first place.
Unfortunately for the Sufotal, it faced a battle against a creature very powerful than it, and since it had only gained a minuscule control over the element, it died in the end.
Pucchi couldn't help but suck a cold breath of air, listening about the Sufotal and Turta being its reincarnation.
She finally understood why Turta was extraordinary since his birth and how he felt the store was familiar due to it using Ashamba as the hardwood floor.
"Why did you kill him then?" Pucchi asked, as Turta being alive made more sense than him being dead.
"That you don't need to know," The hooded figure responded.
He then looked back at the container, only to see that the heart had half faded at that point.
"What about my reward?" Pucchi asked, wiping her tears from her face.
Even though Turta had died, and she felt an unimaginable pain in her heart for that, the love for Turta's father still trumped it. She could live without Turta but not his father.
"Yes, your reward," The hooded figure took his eyes away from the container.
"What was your reward, again?" The figure asked while his tone was playful.
Pucchi had a bad feeling, hearing the question and the tone of the hooded figure. "My lover," She still answered. "Don't even dare to break your promise. You've made an oath," Pucchi further added.
Before accepting the mission, Pucchi had made the hooded figure take an oath so he wouldn't break his promise after the successful completion of his goals.
"Haha, I know. I was only joking with you to lighten the mood," The hooded figure laughingly responded.
"So-"
Pucchi was only going to speak something when her words came to a sudden halt.
"Cough!"
She coughed blood out as she looked down with a pale face and witnessed a hand piercing her chest.
"Wh-"
She wanted to ask, but before she could even utter a word, she lost her consciousness and not long after her life.
"Thud!"
The hooded figure took his hands out after crushing Pucchi's heart, and then Pucchi crashed down to the ground.
"You can now meet your lover in the afterlife," The hooded figure laughingly commented and returned his focus to the container.
***
The moment Pucchi died, the screen playing in front of Aakesh also came to a stop as the customer it worked on was dead.
"Sufotal," Aakesh mumbled as he knew the name of the creature and its details.
After hearing about Turta being the reincarnation of Sufotal, Aakesh had an idea about the purpose of the hooded figure to kill Turta.
Since the hooded figure wasn't in front of him but was present on a screen, Aakesh wasn't able to see through his cover. He would only find out about it after leaving the store.
