"Fine then, which world did I go to?"

"I don't know."

"What?" I vocalize the thought. "What do you mean you don't know? You just said-"

"I know what I said," she says, interrupting me. "There are many worlds, most of them haven't been discovered yet, many of which have ties to this world. You could have visited one of them. I just can't tell which one."

"Well, why not?!"

"Because you, Natalie, are different. You are something that has never been seen in this world. We have no idea what your powers are what they are capable of or where they come from. How can I begin to figure out where you have accessed or where you have gone?"

"So, you can't help me with anything. Why are you here then?" I snap.
