Chapter 585: I'm not morning-grumpy, I'm morning-groggy
She yawned.
Three times.
Her eyes watered from the yawn, threatening to close again if she wasn't careful.
Those three yawns followed one after another in rapid fire.
In the span of just trying to get her coffee cup to her face.
Admittedly, she stopped every time she yawned, but still. It counted. It was worth noting.
It was early. And the palace was still absolutely packed.
And bustling. She'd somewhat imagined the wedding to be the end of the festivities, but apparently it was more like the beginning of them in Nevremia.
She wasn't exactly thrilled.
On one hand, she knew she was the empress and the ruler and could technically tell them all to go home and leave her in her palace to sleep, but...
Well, the whole thing was a little more complicated than that.
She wasn't about to be a killjoy.
Besides, Nevremia had a difficult year, and it was hardly helped by her.

Amesaya Man. I studied 5 days straight, no breaks (except to write, eat, and sleep), no recreation. Called out on work, and only celebrated Thanksgiving for about three hours at a coworker's house.
But! I succeeded! I passed my final test! (It doesn't really mean anything because there's an entirely different exam I have to take and tons more training if I get the position but. I feel accomplished...)
