Snowball wandered into the chamber. The large kitten stared up at Tenshi's limp and sated body for a long moment.

Then Snowball mewed insistently and bounced up on top of him, making his owner jerk upright with a start and a noise of protest. "Ah-!" Tenshi exclaimed.

The snow-white feline only continued mewing happily as he batted at the blankets with his paws. He hopped from Tenshi to Isabelle, chirping happily.

The girl laughed at her pet.

"Hello, baby, hello."

She patted Snowball on the head, who meowed appreciatively. "Have you been behaving, little Snowball?"

The kitten purred loudly, rubbing his head against her outstretched palm.

She giggled at him, scratching behind his ears affectionately.

Snowball crawled between Isabelle and Tenshi, clearly determined to get his cuddles in. He snuggled between them, curling up in a fluffy ball of warmth and fur, purring happily.
