Chapter 133: I'm not just staying up, I'm kitten watching

The kitten responded with an eager series of rapid fire squeaks as he quickly leapt down onto the carpet and pranced around Isabelle's feet enthusiastically, staring up at her with sparkling eyes full of anticipation for further action.

She grinned widely while watching her adorable white baby scamper back towards one corner of her chamber, where a stack of balls and various toys were scattered about haphazardly.

Isabelle watched Snowball sniff a small, colorful ball before nudging it around experimentally with his paw, meowing at it occasionally as he examined his newfound plaything curiously.

He would nudge it away until it started to roll, and then pounce it and pretend to maul it. Then he'd repeat the process. The poor little toy stood no chance against his expert strategy and great agility.

It was the most adorable thing, and Isabelle smiled, enchanted as she watched Snowball play.

She loved how silly he seemed, how cute.
