Chapter 61: #61 Bandits
Ace and Sabo left the store to steal from more people. They told me that they both wanted to collect scrap and sell it. In the evening the two came back to the shop and I locked the shop for the day.
Dia: Then let's go to the back, you two.
We entered the back compartment of the house after I deactivated the seal and both of them widened their eyes when they saw the back room.
Sabo: Wow, you even have a bathtub and a bed here.
Ace: But what I'm still wondering is, where are you from Dia, and why have we never seen your store before?
I let water in the bath and said, "I just built the shop today and before that I was a slave in Edge Town until I broke out and killed my master."
Ace: So you were a slave! That sucks. How did you escape?
Dia: I found my devil fruit and after that escaping was pretty easy.
Sabo suddenly had a nervous look on his face.
Sabo: I can't stand the people in the city either, they're all so corrupt that you can't even spend a minute with them without feeling the urge to beat them all.
Dia: I know what you mean, but hey, now I'm here with you and now I'm going to bath, do you both want to bath, too?
Sabo: It's been a while since I last took a bath. Count me in! Ace, are you coming too?
Ace: I'm not going to bath with a girl!
"So Ace is shy, do you think I'm pretty?" I said with a big smile on my face.
Sabo also started laughing and Ace got red in the face and said: "You're having a blast, well, then I'll come too, but you never call me shy again!
Dia: Promise!
The three of us went into the warm bath and when we were finished the whole room was under water because we were spraying each other with the water. I hold up my hands and let the water in the room evaporate and opened one of the windows, then created three towels for us.
Ace: Where did the towels come from?
Dia: This is my devil fruit, I can use it to create objects and food and all sorts of things.
They both opened their mouths in shock.
Sabo: So why don't you just create money instead of selling things in the store?
Dia: If I put money into circulation, it would lead to inflation and so it would no longer be worth anything and more people would starve and become impoverished. In this way I can also support the other people who live here by offering them cheap food, so that they don't have to go hungry.
Ace: But why are you doing this, only scum lives here?

I enlarged the bed and we laid down and Ace fell asleep after 2 minutes. Me and Sabo then made fun of him and we both fell asleep a little later.
The next morning.
Sabo opened his eyes and smelled a smell he had never smelled before. He looked around and saw that Ace was still sleeping. He stood up, stretched and rubbed his eyes and then came to me in the counter area where I was cooking.
Dia: Oh, you've already woken up, do you want to eat a pancake too?
Sabo: Are they delicious, I've never seen anything like them?
Dia: Of course they are delicious, after all I made them. Is Ace awake yet?
Sabo: No, he sleeps like a dog, it's his first time in a bed, I can understand him.

Ace entered the counter area and saw the half-eaten pancake in my hand, the next second his head stretched forward and almost bit my hand off and pulled the pancake out of my grasp.
Ace: That was delicious! Sabo come on, we still have to earn money.
Ace pulled Sabo out of the store by his collar.
Sabo: See you later Dia, I'm sorry about Ace, that's just how he is sometimes.
Dia: See you later and be careful not to get caught.
"Don't worry about us, we always get along fine, but thanks for the food, it was delicious!" Ace said with a red face as he ran away with Sabo.
Sabo: Why are you in such a hurry Ace?
Ace: I don't want to live off other people's handouts and you shouldn't either.
Sabo: But Dia is our nakama and I like her, I think we should tell her the truth about us.
Ace: And what if she doesn't like us anymore after you tell her the truth? Do you think she would like two robbers!

Sabo: I'll bring you a pack tomorrow.

Bandit: Girl! Come out of your store, our boss wants to talk to you!
I went out leisurely and saw ten bandits with swords in their hands. Her boss was about 2m tall and had a mohawk haircut that was dyed pink and wore black sunglasses and had many tattoos all over his body. He had a large wooden club in his hand that he was pointing towards me.
Coolio: My name is Coolio from the Rock Bandits and your shop is ours from today!
Dia: But Mister Rudio, the store is all I have. Please just let me live in peace, I haven't done anything to anyone.
Coolio: What did you little bitch just call me? I actually just wanted your shop, but now I have to play with you some more!
Dia: Great Mister Yugioh. I know a really great game called Mikado and I bet you will like it.
I ran into the store and pulled out a Mikado playset and placed it on the floor for play.
Coolio walked over to me and stepped on the Mikado sticks.
Coolio: I win this game and now don't bother me any further.
He was about to strike me with his club, but Sabo appeared in front of me and countered the blow with his pole.
Sabo pushed the club with all his might and shouted, "Dia, run away and hide, I'll hold him off long enough for you."
Coolio: Don't interfere, you insect.
Coolio increased his strength by using both of his arms and pushed Sabo to the ground.
Coolio: That's what you get from playing the hero.
He went to Sabo, who was lying on the ground, and struck out. Sabo closed his eyes, afraid of the impact.
Seconds passed, but Sabo wasn't hit and so he opened his eyes again and saw Coolio standing in front of him with Mikado sticks riddled all over his body and his pupils were dilating.
Dia: I would say I won the game, do any of you still want to play with me?
The bandits panicked when they saw their boss killed within a second and ran for their lives. One of the bandits shouted before he disappeared: "Run faster you idiots, the girl is a demon!"
Coolio now fell to the ground and I went to Sabo and gave him my hand to get up.
Dia: Thanks for trying to protect me, but you should stay out of it next time.
Sabo: Cool, how did you do this? I didn't look for just a second and you took care of him.
Dia: I am a trained ninja and my devil fruit also makes me stronger than normal people.
Sabo: You're a ninja, cool. Can you teach me that? I've heard that ninja are really strong.
Dia: I can certainly teach you something, but the training will be difficult and takes a lot of time.
Sabo: Cool, then I finally have an advantage against Ace.
