After Elder Harrison left, William Cole wanted to be discharged.
But Ruth Dawn didn't allow it and insisted that he should remain in the hospital.
Almost against his will, William continued to play the patient role. Because the ward room was too stuffy, Ruth brought a wheelchair and wheeled William out for a walk.
Looking at the distant sunset, William was somewhat joyful, "Ruth, it would be good if we could continue like this forever."

The woman huffed, "You are dreaming. I am taking care of you this time because you saved me."
"Once you recover and get discharged, we will still divorce!"
Although she said this, her tone clearly lacked the determination she had before.
A large part of it was even teasing.
"That's not fair, I remember you saying, as long as I don't die, we won't divorce!" William retorted sternly.
Ruth Dawn boasted gloatingly, "I changed my mind."
"How could you do that? This is not gentlemanly," William said.
