William Cole did not chase after her.
It didn't matter that Eloise Torres had the room key, because he was the room's owner.
If he wished to, he could evict Eloise Torres and her party at any time.
Earnest Bauer approached: "Dr. Cole, with such a mother-in-law, why did you stick around with the Dawn family?"
"I have a sister who is yet to be married. I trust Dr. Cole's character," Bauer said, patting his chest.
He blurted out, "Let me make a decision, Dr. Cole, get divorced and then marry my sister."
William was taken aback, nearly choking on his words. Bauer was perhaps missing a moral compass.
He dared to proposition his own sister like that.
"Dr. Cole, I'm not joking," insisted Earnest Bauer.
William believed him. Earnest Bauer was not joking. As a man of his word, Bauer would make sure to deliver on his promise.
If William agreed, Bauer would probably introduce his sister to him tomorrow.
