Shye remained steadfast in concealing his identity, though, fully hiding behind the mask and the deceptive weapon perception scroll.

Although he intended to eliminate Kiin right then and there, it was wiser to keep hidden the fact that he, the leader of Hadean Varsa's secret strike force, was actually a close friend of Fifteenth Hawkling.
