Inside a specific restaurant, bathed in the warm, golden glow of luxurious chandeliers, twenty-six people sat cheerfully at a wide blackwood table, chatting merrily while awaiting their meal.

"What?! Why didn't we hear about your victory as Valenzia's Rookie Champion?" Dean Snowcrest exclaimed, bewildered and slightly disappointed. 

They made a concerted effort to stay informed about Shye's achievements.

Yet, they somehow missed lots of important news.

"Ahh... Well, I've been told that the Colzen convoy had already departed by the time I arrived in Valenzia last year, so perhaps that's why you missed it..."

As the dean was about to respond, the subtle yet mouthwatering aroma of various seafood dishes filled the air, enticing everyone's senses and causing some representatives' stomachs to growl in protest.
