Chapter 160: Move

When the sky began to darken, Erza and Mery suddenly arrived.

The former even carried a long red scythe, as if it was made of blood.

"Why are you here?" asked Jane, frowning as she thought Erza would not come again.

In her mind, Erza only needed to help David turn the dragon skeleton into his doll. After that, she didn't need to interfere anymore since it was their business.

Erza chuckled in response to Jane's question. She said, "of course I had to come. Someone threatened my lover, I need to ensure that person's death."

Erza's eyes turned cold after she said the last sentence. So far, it seemed to be the first time she had shown such a look. Perhaps she wanted to warn Jane that she should not get in her way.

In David's harem, perhaps Jane was more dominant so Erza sometimes acted submissive in front of her because she was not the first woman.

However, it was clear Erza was never afraid of Jane.
